During a weekend road trip up the California coast, the girls' new car (a totally tricked-out, gadget-filled gift from Jerry to celebrate their newfound super-spydom) breaks down in a seemingly idyllic gated coastal town called Ocean Palisades – or "The O.P." for short. Until they meet the teens who seem too perfect to be true… Ages 6 to 11.

I really really liked this book because it was full of mystery, questions, twist and turns, backstabbing and fun. Three teenage girls who are (gasp) spies were given a special spy car that looks like a regular red convertible and went on a road trip to have a break from being extraordinary spies. While driving and ended up in a town that was known to be the most perfect town ever and the girls got into a car accident because they swerved to avoid hitting down a pedestrian. The boy who they swerved to avoid, left something behind after he disappeared. The boy left a chip that controls people and the girls found it and started to get a hunch that the town was a bit to perfect so that means that there could be some spy butt kicking while they where their.

I would recommend this book to every single boy in 7G(my class) because most boys are into mystery books like this so it would be an interesting book to them. I started reading this book because the title and illustration on the cover made me want to open up the book and start reading a little bit just to see what kind of book it was. I finished it because when i got further into the book i just did not want to stop reading it because i was really interested.

Totally spies follows Clover, Alex and Sam as they go on missions as well yeah you guessed it, SPIES!! The first adventure leads them to a new development that seems perfect, but perfect is great unless it is too perfect. Something is definitely wrong in this utopia but have they found out too late? The second adventure sees the girls helping themselves, well their future selves anyway. While cleaning up the office they stumble upon a time travel machine, awesome right? Well the idea is awesome but when they get transported to the future and don't know how to return they must find their old HQ to see if Jerry can help them out...

Jerry gave the spies (clover, alex, and sam) a car it is the Npu 3000, Jerry gave it so that the girls will have a vacation, the Npu 3000 was a voice activated car. While the girls are on their way to their vacation trip their was a boy who was running but they don't know how to stop the car they was shouting to the car but still it was running to fast, and suddenly they hit at the gate of a subdivision, a man saw them and say that don't worry your car will be fix, the man welcome them at the ocean palisades. Later on it was almost curfew time but the girls are still outside, while they are walking the mayor and his secretary catch them with rope but release them later on when the mayor knew that they are not from op. While it was night the girls are sleeping they don't notice of the hidden camera, the mayor was watching them while sleeping, later on they hear a loud scream, they try to go outside to look who was screaming but they cannot open the door but clover open the window with the charm bracelet then they found out that they was controlling the mind of the people, later on clover was controlled by them. While they are running they knew that you have to say the things that you don't want to do and the car will do the things you want. Sam tell at the car don't go to the clock tower and the car hit the clock tower and all at the city was saved and the mayor and his secretary was arrested.

That's all.....

When I read this book I think of my own memories about it. This book was an amazing book when i readed it and watch it on tv. Everytime I see it or find it somewhere I think or me being a spy. I would tell my little bro Keyonte because he would like ninjas, fighting moves to always hurt me and everytime he comes over to my house he would act like a spy to scare me if i walk by.

Baca buku ini jadi inget Charlie's Angel dan chapter pertama kayak The Stepford Wifes-nya Nicole Kidman...tapi selebihnya buku ini enak dibaca dan gambarnya bagus. Thanks Syl!

When a book is written b y a team you know you have got a product and not an artistic endeavour.
Glammed out teen spies with an ordinary plot going through all the team to make sure it ticks all the right boxes all equals a very dull experience.
