Danielle Stewart’s Half My Heart: A Clover Series Novella
This book is amazing is all I can say, there was not one disappointing thing I found in her Novella.
Devin the man with Revenge in his heart has reconnected with Rebecca the woman of his dreams. This story is so loving and touching you cannot put your book down for one second. I cannot wait to read her new " Clover Series" I give this book 5 stars it is one her best writings. Yes I recommend it Fantastic job Danielle.
Recipe For Love: An Andrade Christmas Novella by Ruth Cardello
This is Ruth’s finest work so far in my opinion. The thought she put into the characters and the storyline are fantastic. Taking us into the life of Maddy and Richard was wonderful feeling each of the emotional highs and lows of what they each were going through felt so real. I can only hope that we learn even more about Richard in her upcoming books because there is a story there that needs to be told. Yes I do recommend this book for any romance reader and I rate it a 5 star.
Melody Anne’s Holiday Treasure: An Anderson Series Novella
If you love Melody Anne's Anderson Series you will not be disappointed. Tanner Storm is much like the rest of the men in his family, rich spoiled and bull headed until he gets into something he cannot get out of. Kyla a woman with a beautiful heart and sweet spirit has been handed a life changing blow that is truly heart felt and even through her pain she helps others even Tanner know what being unselfish really means. This is a nice story and a great read. I love the Anderson series so what can I say other than you will not be disappointed.
Kathleen Brooks': Dancing Beneath the Mistletoe
Elle Simpson multi- billionaire and female business tycoon was strong willed, respected, loved by her family and alone. Drake Charles made millions on his smart phone technology, had a heart for helping people, loved by his family and alone. Kathleen wrote a magnificent story about these two powerful people whose only lack was true love. I have only one complaint, and that is it ended. I love her character choices , the settings, a wonderful holiday novella. She is or was a new author to me but not anymore and I look forward to her upcoming "Women of Power Series" I would give this a 10 star rating if it was possible but since I cannot I will settle for a total and complete 5 star rating. It is an absolute must read for any romance reader.
Sandra Marton's :The Gift
This book was written so much thought and the way the writer expressed the details was just amazing. Kaz an ex-military man who turned into a Financial wizard was single , hot and sexy. Katie a rich, spoiled, young lady who was rude, demanding and hid her pain well. This story takes you through the most intimate parts of their lives that you truly feel these are people you actually know. Because I do not do spoilers all I can say is Sandra will have you glued to your book or e-reader begging for the story not to end. This is a true 5 star romance book . I personally look forward to reading more of her books since she is another new author tome. So do not just take my word for it grab this novella and start reading.
Shadonna Richards’ The Belmont Christmas Bride: The Bride Series
Wow!!!! Shadonna takes you on a very wonderful ride of emotions that just blows your mind. All I can tell you is this could easily be titled The Hot, Sexy and Bad Groom . This is a story of a blushing bride to be, Olivia who was marrying her long time love. She was to be the Christmas Belmont Bride and there could be nothing more special than to have your family and friends there to help you celebrate the biggest day of your life. And then there was Jack, the man she is to marry. And let us not forget Dane, the Hot, Sexy and Bad , The general manager of the Belmont Hotel & Resort. The things that happen in this story will truly end up leaving a huge smile on your face. Very well written and I know she put some thought into this story. A fantastic read and a 5 star book. So do not stop until you have read this book.

Nothing like those sexy Italian men to make you lose your mind and Judy Angelo knows how to make you do just that. Arie a beautiful, young owner of the finest catering business in town was single, independent and some what shy. Lena her best friend and business partner is a nosy little somebody but a great addition to this book. Then there is Rome, a handsome, hot, and totally sexy Italian businessman that just so happens to catch Arie's eye at one the events she is catering. Judy takes you into one of the sweetest love stories you could imagine and having you begging for more. Excellently written and heart stopping this is a 5 rated book.
Lynn Raye Harris’ Hot Package: A Hostile Operations Team Novella
Can we say “Hot Package” is no joke when it comes to Lynn Raye Harris’ book. It is filled with action, adventure, mystery, love, steamy hot sex and mystery. Billy is hot, sexy , bad and mysterious. Livvie is a sexy blonde who has ended up in a mess she had no control over. They are about to take to find out some deep secrets unknown to the government and if they can stay alive just maybe they can find love. Yes it is 5 stars, yes I love it and Lynn Raye Harris is definitely my new favorite author.

This book is the ultimate of hot Christmas reads.
You want a hot man to drool over, or how about a deliciously sinful badboy or maybe you like the sweet and sexy kind, whatever your taste this book had a man for every female reader's taste.
Each author created pure magic, and what a author line up!!
The super gifted Sandra Marton who always knows how to pack so much emotion into her books you are guaranteed to cry and boy oh boy did I cry, her addition to this collection was simply pure brilliance!
And then there was the fabulously talented Lynn Raye Harris and her men from HOT who will not only make you head for a cold shower but leave you hanging onto every word and begging for a gun man to come get you just so one of these men can come and rescue you !
From super hot and very cranky military operators to billionaires being brought to their knees there was a hero for every fantasy. The female characters in these books gave as good as they got which just added to the delicious spice of it all.

My Review for Hot, Sexy and Bad
Book 1: Rome for the Holidays by Judy Angelo
Arie has made a great life for herself. She has lived in foster homes her whole life. Put herself through college and is now co owner of the number one Catering Company. Talk of the Town. Durning and Event as she is looking into the Dining area she see’s the most Amazing Man and just can’t stop staring. She can’t stop herself. She has to go out there. As she does. He gets a good look at her.
Rome in enchanted from the moment he see’s her and has one of his employee’s get all the info on her that they can. He calls her in for a meeting thinking she is only a waitress because of course he did not actually have time to read the info on her. He offers her a job and offends her. When she walks out it intrigues him more.
The more they see each other the more the attraction grows. The more the attraction grows the more it grows into something more. With it all happening so fast can it be real?
I loved this. I thought it was great and I thought the characters were perfect. Arie had a big vulnerability. Rome was able to see it right away and it touched and affected him deeply. For it being such a short story I thought that it was very touching and I gave it 5 Stars!!
Book 2: Holiday Treasure by Melody Anne
Tanner Storm is Spoiled and thinks he is entitled and is about to go to jail. His father has bought all of his children a piece of property and given them an alotted amount of time to make something meaningful out of it. Tanners was a run down apartment building. Tanner wants to tear it down but the tenants don’t want to move and he unwittingly becomes a slum lord. But instead of going to jail for the full term the judge puts him on house arrest in the apartment building. Along with community service. He gets to play Santa at the Mall.
Kyla lives across from him at the Apartment.. She is curious when she see’s that he has moved in as she knows that they are not allowing new people to move in. So she goes to introduce herself. Kyla works at the mall also as an Elf, but willingly. So he is shocked when he see’s her but not as shocked when day’s later she finds out he is the one that has been playing Santa. She knows his type and knows that he will not want anything serious so she tries to avoid a relationship of any type with him but it seems unavoidable.
Being with Kyla Tanner learns what his dad wanted him to learn although he learned it a little too late. Will Tanner be able to win Kyla back once he finally realizes that he loves her and that he dosen’t want to tear down the Apartments and make all the tenants homeless?
I love that for her Holiday story that Meloday Anne basically went home with it. The Storms are cousins to the Andersons and the Andersons are where it all began for me with Melody.. I can not wait for the next book in the Storm Family as The Anderson’s and Storm’s will always be some of my absolute favorite’s by Melody!! 5 Stars!!!
Book 3: Dancing Beneath the Mistletoe: A Women of Power Novella by Kathleen Brooks
After her father passed away Elle had taken over her family’s business. She has yet to find someone that wants her for her. One boyfriend was a corporate spy who was working for a company that was trying to do a company take down that failed. And her last relationship he only used her for what he could get out of her. So when she has the chance to go to Drakes Masquerade ball she plans to have fun as no one will know who she is. She never dreamed she might actually find the love of her life there.
Drake knows what people say about him and he dose not care. He lost his sister to cancer years ago and before she died she urged him to go to college and he did. Shortly after he came up with a great idea for smart phones and a friend and his family gave him a small loan to fund it and it became the biggest security out there for phones and he became rich almost overnight. He enjoyed the fame until they started bringing his little sister into it. Then he went into hiding. He holds this ball every year for the hospital and each year he hopes to find that one perfect woman. He is starting to lose hope. Then he meets her.
They have an amazing time. Then reality intrudes and Elle has to leave without either one knowing who the other is. But instead of leaving behind a glass slipper she leaves behind her phone. Will Drake be able to figure out who she is?
This was the first book that I have read of Kathleen’s and I have to say I think I am hooked and I may have found another new favorite author! I do have some of her books I just have not read them yet and now I will have to hurry up and read them! I love how Elle is such a savvy business woman and helped her siblings succeed in areas that they loved yet she is still so down to earth and loves to chill in her bunny slippers and eat her ice cream out of the carton in front of the t.v. , and how close both of them are to their families. This is such a great story! A must read! 5 Stars!!!
Book 4: Recipe for Love: An Andrade Christmas Novella by Ruth Cardello
Maddy is upset with her father and uncle and does not want to be around them for the holidays so when she slips into a store to get out of the rain and gets to talking to the woman inside she gets the idea to slip her bodyguard after the woman thinks that she is on the run from a man. When Alyson tells her that she can stay at her brothers house she jumps at the idea. Especially when she tells Maddy that she will probably never see Richard.
Richard is a Chef and lives for his work. When his sister calls about the houseguest he says no but she knows how to get him to give in. He does not plan to have anything to do with the woman but he gets curious and is instantly attracted. He knows that there is something about her and he tries to resist the pull. He just can’t do it. Once he finds out who she is and her family finds her will he still want to be with her? And if so will he survive her family?
I truly enjoyed this story. If there is one thing that I don’t like about it, it would be that Richard uses any excuse to push Maddy away and never wants to let her explain herself. What I like Most about it, once her family finds her he does not leave her side and does not let her face anything alone.. 5 Stars.
Book 5: Hot Package: A Hostile Operations Team Christmas Novella by Lynn Raye Harris
Olivia is a PR specialist for Titan. When a co worker sends her a disk that shows that the weapons they are making may not work she does not know what to do. The only thing that she can think of is to go to her ex lover Billy “The Kid” Blake for help.
Billy has never been able to get Olivia out of his head. It was never just about sex with Olivia. He will keep her safe no matter what. But can they work together without the old feelings getting in the way?
This was the first book that I have read of Lynn’s and I am now a huge fan. I can not wait to read more. This was so far my favorite out of the books in the set so far. It was by far the HOTTEST. My husband just kind of gave up trying to talk to me earlier when I was reading this one because there was no way I was hearing what he was saying. I was absolutely tuned into the book. I would give this one 5 + stars!!!!!
Book 6: The Gift by Sandra Marton
Kaz is the illegitimate grandson of the King of Sardovia. He never had a relationship with him but the King did make sure Kaz spent two weeks in the summers there and that he went to the best schools. Kaz used to be in special Ops and when that was over he wasn’t sure what to do with himself. Now he is A highly Succesful Investment Fund Manager for Sardovia. He is asked by a friend to “deliver” Ekaterina “Katie” to Sardovia in a couple of days for her betrothal ceremony.
Katie’s father is a cold hearted Billionaire who could care less about Katie and how she feels and what she want. Only what she can do for him. Her marriage to the heir to the throne can give him power and prestige therefore to him the fact that she does not want this marriage is no concern to him. Katie is resigned to go through with this because her mother is misinformed and is dying and this is her mothers dying wish. She puts off a wrong impression to first Kaz’s friend Zach, then Kaz and give them the impression that she is nothing but a spoiled brat, because that is what they expect and that is how she knows to protect herself.
Her walls eventually come down with Kaz and they grow closer. Once they share that closeness and Kaz see’s the real her he vows not to let the wedding to his Uncle go through. He cannot give her up. Her sense of loyalty to her mother and her dying wish will over ride her feelings for Kaz. But what will Kaz think when he finds out the surprise his grandfather has in store for him when he confronts him over Katie??
This was another first for me. I have never read anything by Sandra before and this was probably another one of my favorites in the set. Katie was really dealt a bad hand when it came to parents. Her mother loved her but not like a mother loves a daughter. She was more like a toy to her. At least Kas had one parent who loved him. I think those two were great together once they put their defenses down. And the King was nothing but a meddling old man and I loved it..5 Stars for me...
Book 7: The Belmont Christmas Bride (The Bride Series) by Shadonna Series
Olivia is supposed to be getting married in the morning on Christmas Day. Her three Hundred guests are booked into the Hotel and the groom just called off the wedding. Olivia is understandably upset as she helped him get through school. Payed for it. Did his research for him. Now that he dosen’t need her anymore he dosen’t want to get married. Apparently the neighbors hear her arguing with him on the phone and crying and call the front desk. Next thing she knows she gets a call then a visit from the general manager of the hotel. Dane Romano.
Dane goes to check on Olivia and is upset that someone has hurt her. He feels that she is was too beautiful to be hurt. He takes her to dinner and talks her into not canceling her wedding but into having a different type of Ceremony instead. But he cannot resist showing his interest. He wants to get to know her better. They share a great kiss that is interrupted. Now Olivia is worried that a picture of them kissing will be in newspapers tomorrow and she dosen’t even know why. Then during the new Ceremony the ex decides to interrupt.
I have a couple of Shadonna’s books but have not had the chance to read them yet but if they are anywhere as near as good as this shorter story was then I know that I will love them. I thought that it was great and I am excited to read more work from her. I like Dane’s character. I like that he wanted to go hunt the ex down and make him apologize to her. 5 Stars
Book 8: Half My Heart: A Clover Series Novella by Danielle Stewart
Devins life was ruined on Christmas Eve. He was falsely convicted of murder and the love of his life Rebecca was taken from him. While he was in Prison Rebecca continuously wrote him letters about her life. Letting him know about how well she was doing. Her letters were like a lifeline for him sometimes.
Rebecca was not doing as well as she let Devin think she was. She just wanted him to be happy and she knew that if he knew what her life was really like that he wouldn’t be. She never thought that she would see him again so imagine her surprise when she goes to work one day and hears him say her name. Things don’t turn out like she thought they would as Devin is not the person that she remembers.
Devin has a plan. That plan did not include Rebecca or her daughter. He never expected to see her again. But now that he has he can’t fight the way he feels and when he see’s the way that she is living and the way that people treat her. Can he really just turn away?
As with most of the others I have not had the chance to read one of Danielle’s books yet although I do have one or two of them. Again look what I was missing!! I love the short stories because they give you a taste of an Authors work, and I can tell that I will love reading more of what Danielle has to offer with her writing. I love that Devin is a Dominant take charge male but when he see’s what Rebecca goes through in her life ard realizes that that is not what she needs more of in her life that he lets her take charge and be in control. And ahh... A cliffhanger!!! I have to read more... I need to know what happens.. Lol... This story was great and I can’t wait to find out where this story takes us... 5+ Stars!

I can not wait for the next book in the Storm Family as The Anderson’s and Storm’s will always be some of my absolute favorite’s by Melody!! 5 Stars!!!

I do have some of her books I just have not read them yet and now I will have to hurry up and read them! I love how Elle is such a savvy business woman and helped her siblings succeed in areas that they loved yet she is still so down to earth and loves to chill in her bunny slippers and eat her ice cream out of the carton in front of the t.v. , and how close both of them are to their families. This is such a great story! A must read! 5 Stars!!!

Maddy is upset with her father and uncle and does not want to be around them for the holidays so when she slips into a store to get out of the rain and gets to talking to the woman inside she gets the idea to slip her bodyguard after the woman thinks that she is on the run from a man. When Alyson tells her that she can stay at her brothers house she jumps at the idea. Especially when she tells Maddy that she will probably never see Richard.
Richard is a Chef and lives for his work. When his sister calls about the houseguest he says no but she knows how to get him to give in. He does not plan to have anything to do with the woman but he gets curious and is instantly attracted. He knows that there is something about her and he tries to resist the pull. He just can’t do it. Once he finds out who she is and her family finds her will he still want to be with her? And if so will he survive her family?
I truly enjoyed this story. If there is one thing that I don’t like about it, it would be that Richard uses any excuse to push Maddy away and never wants to let her explain herself. What I like Most about it, once her family finds her he does not leave her side and does not let her face anything alone.. 5 Stars.

This was the first book that I have read of Lynn’s and I am now a huge fan. I can not wait to read more. This was so far my favorite out of the books in the set so far. It was by far the HOTTEST. My husband just kind of gave up trying to talk to me earlier when I was reading this one because there was no way I was hearing what he was saying. I was absolutely tuned into the book. I would give this one 5 + stars!!!!!

He is asked by a friend to “deliver” Ekaterina “Katie” to Sardovia in a couple of days for her betrothal ceremony.
Katie’s father is a cold hearted Billionaire who could care less about Katie and how she feels and what she want. Only what she can do for him. Her marriage to the heir to the throne can give him power and prestige therefore to him the fact that she does not want this marriage is no concern to him. Katie is resigned to go through with this because her mother is misinformed and is dying and this is her mothers dying wish. She puts off a wrong impression to first Kaz’s friend Zach, then Kaz and give them the impression that she is nothing but a spoiled brat, because that is what they expect and that is how she knows to protect herself.
Her walls eventually come down with Kaz and they grow closer. Once they share that closeness and Kaz see’s the real her he vows not to let the wedding to his Uncle go through. He cannot give her up. Her sense of loyalty to her mother and her dying wish will over ride her feelings for Kaz. But what will Kaz think when he finds out the surprise his grandfather has in store for him when he confronts him over Katie??
This was another first for me. I have never read anything by Sandra before and this was probably another one of my favorites in the set. Katie was really dealt a bad hand when it came to parents. Her mother loved her but not like a mother loves a daughter. She was more like a toy to her. At least Kas had one parent who loved him. I think those two were great together once they put their defenses down. And the King was nothing but a meddling old man and I loved it..5 Stars for me...
Book 7: The Belmont Christmas Bride (The Bride Series) by Shadonna Series
Olivia is supposed to be getting married in the morning on Christmas Day. Her three Hundred guests are booked into the Hotel and the groom just called off the wedding. Olivia is understandably upset as she helped him get through school. Payed for it. Did his research for him. Now that he dosen’t need her anymore he dosen’t want to get married. Apparently the neighbors hear her arguing with him on the phone and crying and call the front desk. Next thing she knows she gets a call then a visit from the general manager of the hotel. Dane Romano.
Dane goes to check on Olivia and is upset that someone has hurt her. He feels that she is was too beautiful to be hurt. He takes her to dinner and talks her into not canceling her wedding but into having a different type of Ceremony instead. But he cannot resist showing his interest. He wants to get to know her better. They share a great kiss that is interrupted. Now Olivia is worried that a picture of them kissing will be in newspapers tomorrow and she dosen’t even know why. Then during the new Ceremony the ex decides to interrupt.
I have a couple of Shadonna’s books but have not had the chance to read them yet but if they are anywhere as near as good as this shorter story was then I know that I will love them. I thought that it was great and I am excited to read more work from her. I like Dane’s character. I like that he wanted to go hunt the ex down and make him apologize to her. 5 Stars

Devins life was ruined on Christmas Eve. He was falsely convicted of murder and the love of his life Rebecca was taken from him. While he was in Prison Rebecca continuously wrote him letters about her life. Letting him know about how well she was doing. Her letters were like a lifeline for him sometimes.
Rebecca was not doing as well as she let Devin think she was. She just wanted him to be happy and she knew that if he knew what her life was really like that he wouldn’t be. She never thought that she would see him again so imagine her surprise when she goes to work one day and hears him say her name. Things don’t turn out like she thought they would as Devin is not the person that she remembers.
Devin has a plan. That plan did not include Rebecca or her daughter. He never expected to see her again. But now that he has he can’t fight the way he feels and when he see’s the way that she is living and the way that people treat her. Can he really just turn away?
As with most of the others I have not had the chance to read one of Danielle’s books yet although I do have one or two of them. Again look what I was missing!! I love the short stories because they give you a taste of an Authors work, and I can tell that I will love reading more of what Danielle has to offer with her writing. I love that Devin is a Dominant take charge male but when he see’s what Rebecca goes through in her life ard realizes that that is not what she needs more of in her life that he lets her take charge and be in control. And ahh... A cliffhanger!!! I have to read more... I need to know what happens.. Lol... This story was great and I can’t wait to find out where this story takes us... 5+ Stars!

My Review for Hot, Sexy and Bad
Book 1: Rome for the Holidays by Judy Angelo
Arie has made a great life for herself. She has lived in foster homes her whole life. Put herself through college and is now co owner of the number one Catering Company. Talk of the Town. Durning and Event as she is looking into the Dining area she see’s the most Amazing Man and just can’t stop staring. She can’t stop herself. She has to go out there. As she does. He gets a good look at her.
Rome in enchanted from the moment he see’s her and has one of his employee’s get all the info on her that they can. He calls her in for a meeting thinking she is only a waitress because of course he did not actually have time to read the info on her. He offers her a job and offends her. When she walks out it intrigues him more.
The more they see each other the more the attraction grows. The more the attraction grows the more it grows into something more. With it all happening so fast can it be real?
I loved this. I thought it was great and I thought the characters were perfect. Arie had a big vulnerability. Rome was able to see it right away and it touched and affected him deeply. For it being such a short story I thought that it was very touching and I gave it 5 Stars!!

Tanner Storm is Spoiled and thinks he is entitled and is about to go to jail. His father has bought all of his children a piece of property and given them an alotted amount of time to make something meaningful out of it. Tanners was a run down apartment building. Tanner wants to tear it down but the tenants don’t want to move and he unwittingly becomes a slum lord. But instead of going to jail for the full term the judge puts him on house arrest in the apartment building. Along with community service. He gets to play Santa at the Mall.
Kyla lives across from him at the Apartment.. She is curious when she see’s that he has moved in as she knows that they are not allowing new people to move in. So she goes to introduce herself. Her sense of loyalty to her mother and her dying wish will over ride her feelings for Kaz. This was another first for me. I have never read anything by Sandra before and this was probably another one of my favorites in the set. Katie was really dealt a bad hand when it came to parents. Her mother loved her but not like a mother loves a daughter. She was more like a toy to her. At least Kas had one parent who loved him. I think those two were great together once they put their defenses down. And the King was nothing but a meddling old man and I loved it..5 Stars for me...
Book 7: The Belmont Christmas Bride (The Bride Series) by Shadonna Series
Olivia is supposed to be getting married in the morning on Christmas Day. Her three Hundred guests are booked into the Hotel and the groom just called off the wedding. Olivia is understandably upset as she helped him get through school. Payed for it. Did his research for him. Now that he dosen’t need her anymore he dosen’t want to get married. Apparently the neighbors hear her arguing with him on the phone and crying and call the front desk. Next thing she knows she gets a call then a visit from the general manager of the hotel. Dane Romano.
Dane goes to check on Olivia and is upset that someone has hurt her. He feels that she is was too beautiful to be hurt. He takes her to dinner and talks her into not canceling her wedding but into having a different type of Ceremony instead. But he cannot resist showing his interest. He wants to get to know her better. They share a great kiss that is interrupted. Now Olivia is worried that a picture of them kissing will be in newspapers tomorrow and she dosen’t even know why. Then during the new Ceremony the ex decides to interrupt.
I have a couple of Shadonna’s books but have not had the chance to read them yet but if they are anywhere as near as good as this shorter story was then I know that I will love them. I thought that it was great and I am excited to read more work from her. I like Dane’s character. I like that he wanted to go hunt the ex down and make him apologize to her. 5 Stars
Book 8: Half My Heart: A Clover Series Novella by Danielle Stewart
Devins life was ruined on Christmas Eve. He was falsely convicted of murder and the love of his life Rebecca was taken from him. While he was in Prison Rebecca continuously wrote him letters about her life. Letting him know about how well she was doing. Her letters were like a lifeline for him sometimes.
Rebecca was not doing as well as she let Devin think she was. She just wanted him to be happy and she knew that if he knew what her life was really like that he wouldn’t be. She never thought that she would see him again so imagine her surprise when she goes to work one day and hears him say her name. Things don’t turn out like she thought they would as Devin is not the person that she remembers.
Devin has a plan. That plan did not include Rebecca or her daughter. He never expected to see her again. But now that he has he can’t fight the way he feels and when he see’s the way that she is living and the way that people treat her. Can he really just turn away?
As with most of the others I have not had the chance to read one of Danielle’s books yet although I do have one or two of them. Again look what I was missing!! I love the short stories because they give you a taste of an Authors work, and I can tell that I will love reading more of what Danielle has to offer with her writing. I love that Devin is a Dominant take charge male but when he see’s what Rebecca goes through in her life ard realizes that that is not what she needs more of in her life that he lets her take charge and be in control. And ahh... A cliffhanger!!! I have to read more... I need to know what happens.. Lol... This story was great and I can’t wait to find out where this story takes us... 5+ Stars!

This series of Novella's was well worth my .99 cents and then some. I loved loved this box set. I was introduced to 5 new authors and loved them all!! You won't be disappointed with these authors! The other authors which I adore spun into new stories or dug deeper into other story lines.
Rome for the Holidays by Judy Angelo
"Talk about sexy as sin.... Arie Angelis is floored when she lays eyes on the handsome hunk seated at the head tab at the holiday event she's catering. Rome Milano is used to getting what he wants but when he meets the hot and heavenly Arie Angelis he learns that he can't always his way. He's used to calling the shots but, if the lady has her way, not this time....."
This was a new author for me and I found her refreshing, this was a real page turner and I was rooting for this couple to get together for sure. Rome grew up with the silver spoon in his mouth and Arie went from foster home to foster home. This was a rags to riches story and a one where one found a strength in the other. I truly loved this story.
Holiday Treasure by Melody Anne
Another new Author. Wow I was blown away with this novella. This was truly a great read. Another silver spoon and a middle class that is living beneath her means due to loosing her family in a wreck and the fact she just cant face living in the family home.
"Tanner Storm-rich as sin, disgustingly handsome, and an willing slumlord-is sentenced to live in his run down building for two weeks, and to top it off, he has to play Santa. He sees only one good thing about house arrest-his spirited neighbor, Kayla. If he get her into his bed, maybe he'll forget the leaking pipes, the defective heating, and the mice. Her tragic past makes her a bit vulnerable, but he'll be out of her life after Christmas Day, No problem. "
Tanner shows up for Santa duty only to see Kayla as an Elf, which heightens his desires. The judge also told him any upgrades to his apartment has to be made to the entire apartment, like the leaking pipes, mice control etc., which he deals with immediately. Tanner, soon connects with Kayla on a personal and spiritual level that he never knew was possible. He soon looked forward to his Santa duties just so he could see Kayla. On days she wasn't there he was a lost soul. He soon realized how he missed her on those days. He knew something was happening to him but wasn't yet willing to admit what that something was. He continue to make a few upgrades as needed to make his apartment more tolerable of course and had her over for fancy dinners, that he had catered in and set up and were ready by the time they returned when their mall duties in the winter wonderland. She knew he didn't belong there at the apartment and wondered why he was..She took him to a soup kitchen and that is where the transformation took hold. Have to read the book to see what else happens..........

They find a quiet corner in another part of the building in an atrium area and make love on a bench, while still keeping their mask on so neither knew who they were. However, he set out to find out and succeeded. On Christmas morning with the help of her mother, as she works with him on charities with the Hospital (ssh she doesn't know, hee hee) he shoes up at her house as her Christmas present) The story has only began not ended.. I can not wait to read the follow up to this novella.

Maddy is a virgin but he thinks she is a loose girl that finds men and then uses them to move on to the next which he thinks she has done in his home.. He soon learns no so. I so loved Maddy and Richard's beginning and can't wait to read of their story. Author Ruthor Cardello knows how to gain one's attention and keep them involved in their lives. These people have become like our extended families through the Legacy series. However, if one hasn't read the series you will still enjoy the this novella box set. All these authors did a fabulous job with a series continuing on starting a new series. KUDOS Ruthie, well done and loved this novella!!

I loved this new found author and will be reading more of of HOT books and any for that matter. KUDOS!

At any rate the winter wonderland doesn't get unused and the friendship blossoms. Worthwhile read...

He doesn't know why but he was released thru the innocence project. He wants to go back to see he the town destroyed by buying land and putting a landfill in getting rid of the sheriff, who happens to be the father of the boy who was murdered, and who pinned the murder on him. Rebecca had written to him in prison telling him of the life she led, that she got out of Clover, married with a child. In reality he finds her as a bartender with her child sleeping in the back, hard on times, working days at the diner no less.. Her boyfriend is a low life that takes her rent money for drugs.. Devin offers help to relocate them to another city town, country somewhere from the boyfriend. She flatly refuses. In the course of a week, they do begin to rekindle some romance but only and if only he reconsiders the plan he has to destroy the town. Slowly he is melting away as Adeline the little girl begins to look up at him. The Sheriff is starting to get dangerous and their lives are at stake so he whisks them to the mountains for safety but makes a call ahead of time to make it a winter wonderland for Adeline first and to have a visit from Santa as well. Rebecca tells Devin if he continues with this plan there is no US..hmmmmm..what ever will he do. Loved this and can't wait to read the follow up! Great job Danielle!!

I haven't read all the stories in this boxset but here's my thoughts on those I did.
Judy Angelo - really lovely and fluffy little story. It was good read but would I read this author again *shrugs shoulders* maybe! .......3 Stars
Melody Anne - I didn't like the H as he came across as complete scumbag....Don't think I would rush to read another written by author! ......2 Stars
Kathleen Brooks - I enjoyed story but it was far too short. This comes from the new Women Of Power series. The ending just rang false as it was insta-love, insta-sex and insta-happily families. I didn't like the fact that when he went looking for her he took his parents with him and dragged them into her mother's house for christmas breakfast - none of these people had even met before, totally unrealistic! Was gonna give this 3.5 stars but downgraded to 3 due to ridiculous ending but then it was a short story so something had to suffer.....3 Stars
Ruth Cardello - Another good little story and can see potential in the Legacy series that it is losely linked to. Ms Cardello's writing is good and easy to follow and would have awarded this lovely little story even higher if it hadn't of been for it's insta-love which drives me crazy in CR, yes I know there was limited page space so the wrap up had to be quick but please, nobody can fall deeply in love after only knowing each other for a few minutes. Their initial meeting was mainly in the dark with him startling her awake, within a few minutes they are getting it on only for him to baulk and walk out of the room when he finds out she is a virgin, the next day he cant get her out of his head. She is feeling pretty much the same and instead of the both of them admitting they feel a connection and are attracted to each other it is declared as love....that's when my eyes rolled! This little story is what I term as Harlequinesque as it really would fit in well within the Harlequin/Mills & Boon world.....3 Stars

Sandra Marton - Ms Marton is well known by Harlequin readers and this is very much a story that would fit into that world. We have a father who is willing to give/bribe his daughter into marriage in order to gain power etc. The typical virgin daughter who feels she has no choice to go through with her father's plan because she wants to protect her dying mother. She is given into the custody of a man whose job it is to babysit and deliver her at the appropriate time and needless to say they are attracted to each other, fall in love and he vows to never let her go blah blah blah.....Does all this sound familiar? Despite all that it was well written and it just happens that sometimes I like to lose myself in Harlequinland and this was obviously one of them so gonna give the.....3.5 Stars
Didn't get around to reading stories by Shadonna Richards and Danielle stewart but am sure I will return to them someday.

We have a father who is willing to give/bribe his daughter into marriage in order to gain power etc. The typical virgin daughter who feels she has no choice to go through with her father's plan because she wants to protect her dying mother. She is given into the custody of a man whose job it is to babysit and deliver her at the appropriate time and needless to say they are attracted to each other, fall in love and he vows to never let her go blah blah blah.....Does all this sound familiar? Despite all that it was well written and it just happens that sometimes I like to lose myself in Harlequinland and this was obviously one of them so gonna give the.....3.5 Stars
Didn't get around to reading stories by Shadonna Richards and Danielle stewart but am sure I will return to them someday.

BOOK 1 Rome for the holidays by Judy Angelo
This is the first book i have read of Judy Angelo but it won't be the last.WOW what a great novella, I loved this story of Rome and Arie, so romantic, i'd love to read more of their story.
BOOK 2 Holiday Treasure by Melody Anne
I loved Tanner anf Kyla story, Melody Anne always writes stories that hook you in, i'd love to read more anout this couple.
BOOK 3 Dancing Beneath The Mistletoe by Kathleen Brooks
WOW i love this insight to Kathleens new series.
I really enjoyed this novella, so can't wait to read more about Elle and Drake.

This novella is heart wrenching story of two young lovers, Lifes changed over night, Their paths cross again years later at a time when they both need to find themselves, help each other remember how good christmas can be.

What can I say about this book but more please. Every story in the anthology completely blew me away. Melody Anne and the Storms oh what a treat. Judy Angelo and the magnetic Rome oh joy. Kathleen Brooks New series can't wait. Ruth Cardello's peak into the lives of Maddy and Richard's beginning before the Legacy series fantastic. Danielle Stewart tale of revenge and reunion need more now. Shadonna Richards' Christmas bride story so beautiful and emotional. I can't forget Sandra Marton and Kaz truly awesome and last but not least Lynn Raye Harris and the HOT team still trying to see what I need to become a member. These ladies knocked it out of the park with this wonderful set of never before read stories. Kudos Ladies!!!

we start with Judy story and then Melody Anne story with Tanner in
then we have Kathleen Brooks new series which i really enjoyed and the we
have Ruth Cardello story of Maddy which I love and the we have Sandra
story and it was amazing and with a special guest in it .. then Lynn Raye Harris , Shandonna Richards
and Danielle Stewart was all the first time reads for me .. which I will be reading more from this authors ..
overall this was a great read not too long not to short just right ..

This is an eight book collection. All I can say is the books stayed true to it's name Hot, Sexy & Bad. The novella's were all surrounded by the Christmas holiday and I loved it. Each book dealt with either finding love, rekindling old love. I would recommend this collection to everybody. Some of the books were extension to books I have read or the start of a new series which I can't wait to continue reading. I wanted more when I was done reading each novella. That's the way it's suppose to be.

really liked some of the books & others not too much. I like novella collections but I think I'd rather have 2 full length books in one books instead of 5 or 6 smaller ones. I don't like the ones where they leave you hanging because they are a part 1 to a 3-5 part series. I enjoyed the last book in the collection Half Of my Heart but was disappointed that it was the 1st in a series & I have not intentions of buying the rest right now.

Kaz, who discovered at a young age that his father was the son of the King of Sardovia, is hired to escort Katie to Sardovia to marry a man she has never met. After a rocky beginning, Kaz and Katie fall in love and try to find a way to get her out of the marriage. This is a wonderful story. I highly recommend this collection of short stories.

What a wonderful set of Novellas to put you in the holiday spirt. I'll admit I bought it originally for Ruthie book is was about characters in the Legacy series. I was pleasantly surprised with the other books and have found new authors to read. Danielle Stewarts clover series left you hanging but part 2 is now out. All the authors did a beautiful job. If you haven't bought order it. You won't be disappointed.

Each novella is unique in its own way but all are heartwarming, touching and unforgettable. They give you a feel-good moment when reading the books. The authors are great and the books are marvelous! Definitely a boxed set you wouldn't want to miss.

I just loved every book in this boxed set! I am a big fan of Danielle Stewart, and this story did not disappoint! I also really enjoyed the HOT story by Lynn Raye Harris and plan on buying the rest of the books in the series. I will certainly be looking for more from all of these authors!
