I have a laptop, this tablet and an I Phone-7. I actually like this tablet the best. I do all of my E-Mailing with it. Pictures are great with it and playing my music is wonderful. I have three blue tooth speakers. This Fire tablet does it all for me. I'm 81 and I am really enjoying this technology.

One of the best manuals for a tablet I have ever read. It is not perfect, however. I bought the book to find out one thing. How to put favorite internet links on my Home Page via icons. The book mentions nothing about that and it is so very important to most tablet users. I had to google it to find out. Aside from that, it was certainly worth the 3 bucks I paid for it via the Kindle edition.
Owned a fire he for awhile. This book really opened up new opportunities for it's usable. I have recommended this book to everyone I know that has the Fire he tablet. Very easy to read and understand.
Has a lot information that is relevant to your fire tablet . Anyone can learn from this book .It is easy to learn from as I am Newbie to Amazon products.
Review of "All New Fire HD 8 & 10 User Guide by John Lietzke
I have three Fires, two Fire 7s and one HD10. My Fire HD 10 was a gift in 2016. The User Guide does not cover my Fire's speaker volume and jack location.
First getting my Kindle, I felt like a baby in the forest. I am computer saavy at desktops & laptops but this Kindle was totally foreign to me. I had heard the word "apps" before but was not really familiar with them. I charged and started using my new Kindle but found myself trudjing through using it. I did not know the layout of the land. This book introduced me to the basics and catapulted me forward into being aware of many advanced detailed features.
I am now rocking & rolling with many shortcut features I could never have imagined. I have not read any other "Kindle get started books" so I have no basis for comparison, but this book in and of itself was an awesome "Get started with Kindle" book for me. I read it entirely on my new kindle and became familiar with how to use kindle, apps, Amazon and much more in the process. Because I have big fingers, I am this typing this using my Kindle basics bluetooth keyboard that I learned about in this book. These knowledge tid-bits have made bonding & using my new kindle a pleasure. Thank you for this marvelous eBook!
I am new to everything like the kindle hd , so I was having a hard time finding ways to do certain things! This book taught me about those things and a lot of things I hadn't even thought about !! I am anxious to try it as soon as I write this !!! Thanks for writing this great book !!!!! GMP
A lot of useful information provided in a concise and easy to understand format. I wish it had provided more information on email; such as how to delete all emails without checking each individual one and then hitting "trash." Also, when you shut the Fire HD down, it defaults to the 3 day setting, even if these were previously deleted.
Easy to understand and informative Learned quite a bit I did know or understand .Some shortcut very helpful.Everything covered in good order .Thanks Now I have a question what does Web page not available mean?
While I learned a lot, some of the important instructions were just w wrong. I believe this book might have been written for an earlier version of the HD7 and never updated.
Not to bad, which there was more expert tips. Overall not bad. Really good for beginners and novice not really a manual for experts. I did find some useful tips though.
Good resource for new and somewhat experienced tablet users.
I chose 4 stars because this book is a good resource for tablet, and particularly, Fire 10 users. I would have picked 5 if there was even more information in this guide.
I chose the rating that I did because I found the guide to be helpful as well as informative,it explains The subject matter in a way that's understandable and not intimidating veto the reader and I would Recommend it ...
I thought this user guide was really helpful. I am on my 2nd Kindle fire HD and this book did give me some tips that I didnt know. If you have a Kindle HD Fire this book would be worth reading.
Very comprehensive guide to the little Fire HD 6. Covers everything you need to know about your device. Go from novice to expert in about an hour of reading.
