Castle O #2

Ascent: A Castle O Story

Rate this book
Raylen and Jett Stark love a good party, but their social circle has become more about diapers and potty training, and less about exotic adventures and dancing the nights away. A chance encounter introduces them to a new type of party, one fueled by sexual desires. Joining the ultra-exclusive Lifestyle club, Castle O, Raylen and Jett experience the most erotic night of their lives. But fantasies become nightmares when boundaries are pushed too far and the secrets of the night are revealed in the day. Their love has been passionate and unshakeable for over ten years, but will a night of sexual abandon at Castle O add fire to their romance or destroy their desires? A hot and steamy read, this story is for adult audiences only, it contains mature themes and explicit scenes.

Ascent was a better story than I expected I was hooked from the beginning. I only expected a brief tantalizingly hot story, but what I got was more than that. The novel flows really well and makes for an easy read. This is the story about Raylen and Jett. They are a young, attractive couple looking for new friends. They stumble upon Castle O, a place where fantasies are made. They are introduced to The Lifestyle which is exactly what you think it is-a swingers club. It all starts out as expected; everyone is exploring their boundaries, until it all goes wrong. I wasn’t expecting to feel the range of emotions I felt while reading. I was hot, sad, and mad and elated while reading this novel.
As I said, I wasn’t expecting this novel to have real depth. Don’t get me wrong, it is not War and Peace, but it is really entertaining and teaches a great lesson about the importance of communication in relationships. Be warned there is light bondage, M/F, and F/F action described in this book. I honestly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading this author again.

Communication is key

Raylene and Jett are a new couple wanting to explore the Lifestyle club, Castle O. They have some great experiences but find a lack of communication and someone's meanness can destroy them. A quick look at exploring sexual freedom and alternative lifestyle. A very explicit book with a good plot and excellent writing.
