I may not have special powers, but sometimes I think I'm invisible. No one in my high school seems to notice me at all. When they finally do it's because the popular Tripp Bauer accidently smacks me in the face with a wad of paper. Talk about humiliating. Only now he keeps talking to me. At first it was to apologize, and I figured once I forgave him he'd go away. But he doesn't, and now my feelings for him are starting to grow. And that scares me. Guys like Tripp Bauer don't fall for girls like me. Or do they?
Amber Garza has had a passion for the written word since she was a child making books out of notebook paper and staples. Her hobbies include reading and singing. Coffee and wine are her drinks of choice (not necessarily in that order). She writes while blaring music, and talks about her characters like they're real people. She lives with her husband and two kids in Folsom, California, which is also home to another Amber Garza.

O.M.G.!!! This book is perfect!! I couldn’t find it any flaw! I am speechless!
“Tripping me up” is such a sweet book! It’s one of my favorite love stories! Yes, it may seem like a common story: unpopular/invisible girl falls for the popular/hot guy that everyone wants and they have a perfect relationship that no one agrees with. BUT! There’s a lot more about “Tripping me up”.
First, Tripp is not your typical hot guy. He’s not arrogant, stupid, happy, free or careless. No. He’s kind, sweet, careful, smart and so-not-free-or-happy.He has a dad that is tyrant. He doesn’t swear and he respects the people around him. I was very impressed because he never told Hadley that she’s hot. He always told her that she’s beautiful. I think this says a lot about Tripp and about the book.
Hadley is very sweet. She’a a normal girl, with a great heart and mind. I lvoed her from the start.
OMG I totally loved Sonya!! She was an absolute bitch! I still get angry thinking about her!!
Hadley and Tripp are very sweet together. Their love isn’t the kind of insta-love we are used to. Tripp had to fight a little to get Hadley to trust him. Loved this thing!
There’s a lot of intrigue that made me read without a break. I wasz very curiosu to find out what is Hadley’s secret and if Tripp will take attitude in front of his dad.
“Tripping me Up” (I see what you did here, Amber!! ;) ) ) is the knd of book that breaks your heart. And then it heals it. It’s a book that it’s so intense and sad, but in the same time it gives you a reason to smile and laugh. It melted my heart. I laughed, I cried, I smiled, I giggled and I got angry while reading it.
The editing is perfect done! Whoever did it, did an amazing job!
Again, I loved “Tripping me up”. It’s a book that stays ith you long after you’ve read it. And I can honestly say that this book will always have a special place in my heart!
I'm a sucker for popular boy loves unpopular girl.. there is just something about it that NEVER gets old. :)
Tripping me Up maybe your typical love story.. ya know'.. common/plain/unpopular girl meets smoking hot/popular guy? But despite being cliche, the story has some twist that made this book different from the others. It's cheesy, sweet, romantic and triggered me emotionally that I wasn't able to put this down!
Character wise, I like our heroine Hadley, she may look like your good olde weak, shy heroine but once you get to know her, Hadley's character is so much more. What confused me though is that her character was not solid... she goes weak, strong, weak strong... she's shy in school but she's very vocal when it comes to Tripp. But anyway, even though she's shy and such she didn't come off as a shallow heroine.
The hero, Tripp is not my usual type of hero. If you follow me, I like my alpha, jerk-possessive heroes.. but Tripp is totally not! He's a great hero but came off as weak sometimes.. heck.. I was pissed when I saw that he didn't stand up for Hadley when she was getting bullied by her ex best friend and almost close the book and forget I read it but.. grrr I was already emotionally invested with the story that even though I was pissed I couldn't put it down. I was frustrated and want to smack the shit out of him to man up and be brave! But it was hard to stay angry with him.. he was adorable and the way he's father was treating him was very heartbreaking... so yeah, you can say that I have a love-hate relationship towards his character. lol.
Overall typical love story with a twist that you would totally enjoy! I actually slept late last night just to finish it! If you're looking for clean romance, sweet, cheesy and emotional then this book is for you! This is my first read from this author and for sure won't be the last!
If you haven't, I don't know what you are waiting for.
We have all seen the stereotypical Jock who has all the girls he wants, never works for what he has, is mean and self righteous. That is all Tripp on the outside, pretty girls, nice car, and all the popular friends....
Who is Tripp Bauer on the inside, the real Tripp Bauer?
After a chance encounter with Hadley Summers, Tripp is able to learn the man he shows on the outside is not really the man he is on the inside.
Hadley Summers, shy girl extraordinaire, has been in love with Tripp Bauer ever since she can remember. When Tripp accidentally hits her in the face with a paper wad, in the process humiliating Hadley, Hadley finally has the opportunity to be around Tripp, especially with his insistent apologizing and swearing he didn't mean to humiliate her against what Hadley firmly believes.
Hadley and Tripp begin a friendship behind closed doors, after school, away from everyone to see. Hadley doesn't want to be in his crowd, and Tripp doesn't want his crowd to know he is hanging out with Hadley for fear of them thinking he's the loser.
Each Hadley and Tripp have their secrets that they haven't shared with anyone, let alone each other but threw their sadness and pain, threw their need to be themselves, they develop a friendship so strong that neither is willing to give the other up. This forces Hadley's hand at making their friendship public for everyone to know, something Tripp at first hesitantly agrees too, but eventually agrees to!
'I smile at Tripp. "Okay, you've made your point. You can go off with your friends now." "I am with my friend", Tripp says seriously. My whole body goes hot.'
Through their friendship, they develop more than just friendly feelings. They develop a sense of love, support, acceptance, and trust.
This is a true started from the bottom love story! I absolutely enjoyed going from the very beginning with Tripp and Hadley. They told a story of hurt, despair, and secrets and turned it around into hope, future and love. I would give this wonderful book 4.5 STARS. Tripp had me from word one. This story shows you as well that no matter where you are from, who your friends are, what you do, YOU and the person sitting next to you are ALL EQUAL. Just because you don't look the same, hang out with the same people or have less money, you are equal. It also shows, you can't choose who you love!
I loved this book, I loved the writing, and I really loved the characters!
Leaving you with words from the amazing Tripp Bauer, "That's because those girls weren't you, Hadley. I didn't care about them the way I care about you. God, I feel like I've been waiting to meet you my entire life."
This book is very fresh, and in spite of the plot being a bit cliched, it ended too soon. It is a nice read, not too intense and at times very sweet.I'll recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant time.
Tripping Me Up made me cry :( It brought up a lot of emotions for me and the treatment that I'd been subjected too when I was in school and I'm so unbelievably proud with the amount of emotion and passion within this book. Tripping Me Up is an unbelievably amazing story and I recommend it to anyone (like the writer says) that's ever felt invisible.... Such a great well written book and it kept me guessing which is a really hard thing to do ;)that as soon as I started reading it, I couldn't put it down :) The amount of emotion and experiences the pair had to go through together and on their own! WOO Made me cry, made my heart break, made me love and gave me hope :) Everything and more you'd want in a book.
His father is so scary that every time, he was at the house I would start to shake because I felt so bad for Tripp to have to go through that but with me saying that Tripp has to be one of the bravest and strongest character I have ever read about!
***************************************** GREAT BOOK!!!
This book was sweet. I love when stories are told about tough guys who are actually quite sweet. The plot was one I've read dozens of times but it was still a solid good read. I like Garza's style and look forward to many more of her books!
I enjoy books where the popular h falls for the unpopular h. That is the main reason why I adored this book, if thats not your cup of tea then this book won't be for you. I can describe this book in three words: short, sweet and emotional.
DNF 40% There are young adult books out there about high school that manage to be really good, and can be enjoyed no matter what age you are. This is not one of them.
I don't want to harass it, I just find it bland and uninteresting. Plus, I never actually liked either of the main characters. I mean, Hadley switches between being too bitchy and too whiny and Tripp is nothing but a stupid idiot.
Tripp…Tripp…Tripp **sigh** **swoon** **sigh** “That’s because those girls weren’t you, Hadley. I didn’t care about them the way I care about you. God, I feel like you are the girl I’ve been waiting to meet my entire life.”
This story represented so many real life possibilities for a high school student.
1. Verbal Bullying at school (by former friends) 2. Abusive home life (by father, someone who should love you unconditionally) 3. High school popularity standards dictating relationships (popular vs ‘nerd’)
With Tripp being the Popular Football Star and Hadley being the invisible ‘nerd’ girl, they have an uphill battle to have something as simple as a friendship, never mind a relationship.
Tripp is embarrassed of his home life because of the abuse him and his mother endure at the hands of his father. He hates football, but like everything else he does what is expected of him, not what he truly wants to do. When it comes to friends or his father it is all the same, everything thing he says and does leaves him feeling guilty and more alone. All he wants is to have someone he can trust and is there for him can love him for him and not expect anything from him.
Hadley wants to stay invisible and not endure more humiliation at the hands of Sonya and her followers like she did in her freshmen year. There are things she would love to experience such as school dances, but always feels a little heart broken when no one asks her, no one even sees her. If it wasn’t for her best friend Paige, she wouldn’t be able to get past those heartbreaking moments.
“Oh, let them stare,” Paige says, her gaze scouring the room. “Eat your hearts out, losers!” –When Tripp sits down with Paige and Hadley at the lunch table in the cafeteria Side Note: Loved Paige…everyone needs a Paige in their lives!
Tripp and Hadley become friends (with a little convincing from Tripp’s part) and start to spend time alone together at home doing the simple things, such as watch TV, have dinner with her family and walk his dog, Bruiser.
When Tripp and Hadley go public with their friendship, jealousy arises and Sonya once again exposes a secret of Hadley’s and humiliates her again in front of the whole school.
Tripp now needs to find a way to get Hadley to trust him again and to realize how he feels for her.
“Just the thought of losing her was enough to make me feel like I was drowning in the ocean.”
This story was beyond sweet and heartwarming, something I could read again whenever I needed a heart pick me up.
It is sad to say, but this story probably has more truth to it than imagination. Many high school students (former as well as current) could probably relate to this directly or indirectly.
When you are popular you are expected to date others that are popular, likewise this could be transferred into a colour, religion or culture issue (etc). You are not expected to step outside of the ‘norm’ and when you do you can possibly be harassed, shunned or made to cast doubt on what you could potentially have with said person. So sad, yet so true.
What I liked about Tripp was that he knew when he made a mistake and for once he knew he had to work hard to prove to Hadley that he could be what she needs and so much more. He knew he had to keep her in his life and finally fight for what he wanted.
“She’s my whole world. Without her I have absolutely nothing. He’s taken everything else. This time I’ve got to find a way to fight back, to hold my ground. “
For me the moral of the story was: Don’t let anyone dictate who you love, popularity won’t last forever, but love can.
Hadley was a "not so social" girl. In the hallways at school she would keep her head down and let people push her around. Tripp Bauer on the other hand, was outgoing, popular and very social. Every girl liked him. Except for one Hadley. HAdley did not like those kind of guys. In fact she didnt even like guys. One day as Hadley was getting her stuff out of her locker a big ball of paper was thrown at her. She looked at who it was. It was Tripp, her nightmare begun. He walked over to Hadley to apologize. He said he meant to hit his friend and sorry. She pushed away and told him to leave her alone.
Hadley and Tripp were not "friends" but Tripp saw something in Hadley something that all the other girls didn't have. Tripp was sad when Hadley pushed him away, and he would not stop until he knew Hadley and talked to her. Tripp went to class with that thought in his mind. During class he day-dreamed about Hadley and thought about her. He couldn't get this girl out of her mind. He just didn't know one thing. How to get Hadley. He spent the whole day thinking about her and thinking ho to get Hadley.
Hadley got home and went to go sit outside and think about Tripp and draw since it was a nice day. She was sitting out there thinking, when a dog collar started to jingle. She looked over asnd to her surprise here comes Tripp down the street with his dog. "OH GOD!!!" she thought. Her mom recently got married and they moved into that house a few months ago and little did she know down the street from Tripp Bauer. " Hey Hadley, when did you move here?" Tripp asks her. Making her palms sweaty and her tounge get tied. Hadley replies " A few months ago." trying to get her words out. Tripp said back " Thats really cool!" Hadley dosen't have anything to say to him because she knows it would never happen with her and Tripp Bauer just saying that makes her heart melt.
Tripp asks Hadley " You ok?" he asks that because she had not said anything in reply. Before she could answer my question her mom interupts " Hadley dinner time!" Hadley turns to get up and as soon as I was about to say goodbye. Her mom asks Hadley " You want your friend to stay over?" Hadley's face turns bright red. She turns to Tripp and asks him. " well do you want too?" Tripp is smiling from ear to ear " Of course!" Tripp stayed over for dinner at Hadley's and they had a fun time.
Two days after that the dance was held. But, Tripp went with this girl named Sonya. Hadley didn't go and stayed home with her bestfriend and watched movies all night. The next few days were pretty simple they would wave but never talked. Hadley was not a social girl. Hadley sat outside on a tuesday dreaming about Tripp. All a sudden here comes Tripp down the street. " Hey you wanna come on a walk with me and brusier?" Hadley replies "yep." She runs inside tells her mom, put on shoes and comes outside. Tripp thinks she looks beautiful. They go on a walk to the forest. They are talking when Tripp grabs Hadley's hand pulled her close and kissed her.
Hadley was surprised, she just got her first kiss by TRIPP BAUER! She went home and Tripp ate dinner at Hadley's house. Tripp hugged her after and went home. Tripp layed in bed at home tossing and turning in his bed could't stop thinking about Hadley and how he had to see her. He snuck out his bed and out of his house and to Hadley's house. He knocked on her window. Hadley came over and opened the window and the screen and Tripp takes her head in his hands and kisses her. He than asks Hadley to be his girlfriend and she said yes! They learned that even how they were complete opposites and know they were boyfriend girlfriend.
This is a typical YA read. You have the wallflower girl who is invisible to everyone. You have the popular boy who ever girl wants and every guy wants to be. Girl is and has been crushing on said boy for years but knows that he'll never look at her that way...he'd have to actually notice her first. The setting takes place in a high school. I liked the hero and heroine. Hadley is withdrawn and makes it a point not to be noticed by the "mean girls" but in the process makes herself invisible. Let me just say that I can't stand "mean girls"! I will never understand why females feel a need to be horrible to other girls for the sake of making themselves look better. These girls are in their prime in high school. What they don't realize is that if they don't change then this is it for them. College is a whole other ballgame. Tripp is the direct opposite of what everyone thinks he is. He's hiding a huge secret and he's never told a sole. I liked the story line and it's done in dual POV. I'm not a big YA reader and though this was a good book it was still a little too young for my tastes. If you love YA then you should definitely read this book!
Hadley is 16 and a junior in high school. She's an invisible wallflower secretly crushing on the boy she can never have. She is very pale, has long brown hair and caramel eyes. She's a little on the curvy side and she's very self-conscience and always second guesses herself.
Tripp is the most popular guy in school. He's on the football team and he's the guy every girl wants to date. He hates his life. He hates football, the fake girls, high school, and everything he represents. He lives the life though. He has a huge problem standing up for himself. he's hiding a huge secret and has for years. He's a good guy with dreams that he doesn't pursue because of circumstances beyond his control.
As Hadley enters her classroom she is smacked in the face with a wad of paper. He apologizes and she brushes him off but he's not one to back down so easy. He continues to apologize and she's very hateful to him. He's very confused about why she dislikes him so much.
They live in the same neighborhood and after apologizing for the millionth time Tripp tells her he wants to be friends. They are kindred spirits but neither can understand why they are so much alike. Over the next several weeks they begin a kind of friendship outside of school. They hang out a lot at home but he ignores her at school...completely ignores her. They will have to find a way to bring their friendship out in public. Both have issues and at times I wondered if they would overcome them but we eventually get the HEA we wanted.
This is a great YA read. I give it 4 stars because even though I don't particularly like YA this is a good book. If you are into YA then I suggest that you take the time to read it.
This was one of those books that isn't really good but it's not bad either.
Hadley is a nerdy chubby girl and Tripp is the popular Football player. One day Tripp accidentally hits Hadley n the face with a wad of paper. After trying and failing to apologize to Hadley several times, Tripp decides that he is intrigued by her and keeps coming up with reasons to talk to her. Soon, intrigue leads to friendship and friendship leads to a mutual attraction. But Tripp has a secret and that secret threatens to keep him and Hadley apart.
I know, this is not exactly new territory for a book, but it is written well enough.
I like the way Hadley handled herself with Tripp. She is not the most confident girl in the world. Not only has she dealt with a lot of bullying by the popular crowd that Tripp is a member of, but she seems to be under the impression that she is fat and ugly. This book is told from both Tripp and Hadley's point of views so when we see Hadley through Tripp's eyes it is pretty evident that she's not fat and she's not ugly either, but this is a YA romance so of course the heroine has to think she is fat and ugly. *eye roll*
Even though she suffers with insecurities, Hadley stands up for herself when it comes to Tripp. She won't let him get away with treating her just any kind of way and she forces him to be honest with her. Now that is not a common occurrence in YA romance and it was refreshing.
Tripp's reason behind trying so hard to hold on to his popularity made a lot of sense so I didn't get to mad at him when he wavered between his popular friends and Hadley.
I can't say that I would enthusiastically recommend this book, but I wouldn't suggest you stay away from it either. It was a very fast and somewhat entertaining book. I read it in one day and I can't remember ever getting bored. Sometimes the romance was laid on a little thickly, but that is kind of cute. And most of all, I think that the teenagers were portrayed in a realistic and likable manner. At the time of this review, this book is free on Amazon, and will most likely remain that way indefinitely so read it or don't read it. It won't make much of a difference.
Because of mild language and violence, I would recommend this book for ages 14 and up. There are a few kissing scenes but not sexual content.

I think anyone who is in high school and is getting harassed or think they aren't good enough for someone else should read this book, actually I think everyone should read this book. Tripp he's just so damn hot, "he looks sincere enough as he runs a hand through his short hair, his toned biceps bulging with the motion." Mhmm yes thank you! Hadley is skeptical in what Tripp wants from her and she has a good reason to be, "I know how your group works. I've already been on the receiving end of it once, so you can give up the little charade. I'm not biting. Find someone else to harass." Paige her BFF is a great person to have by her side, she's always there for the tough things, "what is it?" Paige raises an eyebrow. "He gets to hang out with you after school but then treat you like dirt at school?" The funny thing is I had a friend who was always like 'omg let's hang out and be friends.' but when other people were around they'd act like I was trash. Tripp he's all heart, and that boy has romance in his blood, "your curves are one of the things I love about you. They make you sexy. When I first saw you tonight in this dress, you took my breath away. I've never seen anyone more beautiful. And I meant that." Sometimes it takes just one person to make you feel loved and then you not give a crap about what others think and Tripp is definitely that person to Hadley.
I really love stories when the nerdy girl catches the eye of the popular guy.
I first got the sample of this book, read it, liked it and clicked buy for $3.99. Thinking back, not sure it was worth $3.99. The story was nice. The characters were okay. Tripp is not your possessive, alpha jerk. He had had a hard time/life at home. Hadley assumed he had it all when he really didn't. She made assumptions like everyone else about him even thought she should have known better since people at school made assumptions about her.
What I did not understand and why the author wrote Hadley's character to always be annoyed by her little step-siblings. It made her appear very cold. This threw me off about her and I hated the scenes where she would complain about something so juvenile.
I liked the story, but I think there were moments where the execution could have been better. That "something" was missing and days after reading this book, I still can't put my finger on it. It is written in dual POVs - first person. I think it would have been better if the switch did not happen every other chapter. I knew what each of the characters were thinking at every moment. I like the intensity of not knowing sometimes.
I'm glad I picked up this book. It was refreshing and cute. Maybe a little cheesy a few times, but I liked it a lot mostly. It took me some time to not want to punch Tripp for his lack of balls and his selfishness for the first part of the story. I really didn't like him much. He didn't even realize that he was hurting Hadley with his behaviours. I liked Hadley, though she was really too shy at times. Worse than me! Good God! But I sympathized with her. I know how it is when people at school are mean to you. It hurts. I felt very connected to her emotionally and I felt everything she felt deep inside of me too. I even connected to Tripp at some point. And I had to hold back tears, for both of them. And I LOVED their first kiss. Kind of hot too. This book was cute, sad, romantic, a little frustrating and infuriating when the villains had the better hand in the game. But I was glad Hadley had such a good best friend, Paige, at her side. I liked theit relationship, they made me smile. A very good read. It flowed fast and easy. And it was hard to put down.
I Liked this story. It was really cute.I think the summary for the book is good but I think Tripping Me Up will really surprise you and then once you read the book You will understand why.Hadley is a very cute character.I wish she had a bit more confidence but then at that age I believe I was just like her so I can totally relate.I love being able to fully relate to a character.Tripp is every girls high school dream.Who doesn't want the most popular boy to take interest in you when you are both on totally different spectrum's of the social sphere? What grabbed me is how Amber Garza made it so that while Tripp is number one in school he is dealing with some serious issues at home that no one knows about. When he finally comes clean Hadley is there for him in all the ways that matter.Truly loved this story.Job Well done Amber!
A sweet book! Well, at least there's a lot of sweetness in it. The story of Hadley and Tripp kind of made me think of Andie and Blane in Pretty in Pink. The popular guy develops a friendship that evolves into a teenage romance with a "nobody" at school and all his friends give him a hard time.
There's also sadness in the book. It's sad what Tripp has been enduring. It made my eyes tear up to read.
This is the first time in FOREVER that I've read a NA book. Something about it drew me in from the beginning and I didn't want to stop. It's told in alternating POV with each chapter. Except for violence, this book is rated G in my mind - no bad words, no sex, not even bad thoughts. Just a sweet, sweet story with a little bit of "hard life" thrown in.
Amber has done it again with this book. Just when you think it's just the Normal boy meets girl, girl and boy fall in love and live happy ever after story and let's face it that's why we all read YA, Amber throws a twist that you don't see coming!! What i really love about Trip and Hadley story is that not only 1 of them has things to hide both of them do. So it's a really interesting story to unfold. I also liked that it was such an easy book to read. Amber has this talent and can let you switch off from everything and get wrapped up in their world. You would not regret giving this book a go at all.. ;)
I truely thought that Amber Garza did a great job with this book! :) it was real and the characters were awesome! I had been trying to get my hands on this book since it first came out. And I finally got my hands on one!! I tried reading it in a whole day but my homework and chores of course kept me occupado. So I finally got it done! One thing that I loved was that Hadley didn't tick me off! A LOT of girl main characters tick me off. Most of the time its because they try too hard. But un this story Hadley flowed. Plus she didn't act immature about her decisions. So I would encourage anybody and everybody to read it because it's good! Plus Tripp is just downright yummy. ;)
This was decent. The weakest point was definitely the dialogue. And, of course, with these stories, there's going to be chance encounters, but Hadley and Tripp literally bumped into each other on every other page. The other parts of the story were interesting, but they were never developed. I wanted more on the abusive father and mousy mother, and Hadley's relationship with her new step-siblings. And why was Hadley Mom always in the kitchen? Also, Hadley was a wimp and she let people walk all over her, including Tripp.
But the cover is really pretty. It's going to look great on my Challenge shelf. :D
I sincerely hate bullies. It is not ever, ever okay to put someone down. This is exactly why I do not read about high schoolers. It's petty drama and it makes me want to march into a high school and tell all the little brats and bitches that they need to grow a pair and the real world isn't fun. In the real world you get fired for bullying.
It's just..... Frustrating to read this and see no one stick up for anyone. The book was good, I are it three because its not my style and thoroughly upset me to no end.
This is like the GO TO feel good book. It has the (sort of) typical romance story plot that i LURVE so so much!!! The romance is a little bumpy but at the end it was so damn good it made my insides go MUSHY WITH LOVE!!! Basically i don't really have much to talk about in this book unless i start revealing things.... but i don't think i dhould do that cuz you should discover what happens through your journey of discovery!! LOL!! ok yep so just get this book and sit next to the windows with a mug of steaming hot coffee. Then READ!!
What a great book! LOVED Tripp and the connection he had with Hadley. I loved how genuine, his feelings are for her and how they both persevere despite the numerous obstacles put in front of them. Everyone should have that soulmate that loves them for who they are and it's such a beautiful thing to watch Tripp and Hadley's relationship grow. I loved Hadley's best friend Paige. Paige is the epitome of a best friend! Go read now!
This was a very cute novel! I liked a lot of different things about it, especially that Tripp wasn't a normal jock and popular guy at school. When Hadley found that out, her opinion of him changed and she saw him for who he really was.
I'm glad I got this off of Amazon and would definitely recommend it to other readers who enjoy Young Adult novels.
I loved this book so much! I loved how Tripp was described initially and gradually we got to see how much a person's heart can change, I found it so beautiful. Hadley was so funny, and she was just so sweet. Bottom Line: Yes, definitely recommend to a friend!
This was a good book. I wanted to punch Tripp in the kidney with the way he was leading Hadley on at first. I felt so bad for her at school with the way he ignored her. I am glad he grew some balls and took what he wanted. Must read!
