If you are looking for general information on Marijuana, this is a good starter book. It is broad and doesn't carry a lot of depth but I think that would defeat the purpose of a "Little Black Book."
It will give you a taste of history, law, culture, agriculture, and use. From there, you would need to read other books for more in-depth content. I think this is great. Again, a great general overview that will allow you to see what you are interested in and what you want to further research. Don't expect to be a weed guru or smoke like a champ after this. But know you would be able to hold a logical conversation about marijuana when done.
With medical marijuana being used by relatives and being recommended to me, I want to learn EVERYTHING about it to make an informed decision. This book gave me some great general guidance and seemed pretty unbiased. There were points I could tell it was pushing an agenda but with a topic like this, it is hard to not have any bias.
I loved this book, it was an easy read. It is an informative little book that is jam packed with fun. This is a must have for your collection, educational, historical, even the top cannabis movies are included. This Little Black Book is good for novices, experts and everyone in between.
An easy read, gives information for and against legalisation, and offers resources for those that may be interested. All in all, a pro- legalisation of Marijuana nook.
I learned a lot, changed my perspective on the drug war and medical prohibition of cannabis sativa. Recommended to anyone wanting to learn more about the cannabis culture and history, as well as it's medical uses and others.
