Cactus & Mistletoe

Rate this book
From the Northeast of England to the Southwest United States. Emma is bound by a deathbed promise to find her only living relative, a six year old boy, and bring him home for Christmas. Despite the heat, the unfamiliar territory and a man as prickly as the cactus around his home, Emma learns that traditions and family are not defined by geography or genealogy.

Emma Street from England travels to Arizona to meet her never seen before nephew, Sam, in this holiday romance. The main love interest is Sawyer (or is it Samuel - that was an annoying typo) Nicholas - the nephew's father. The plot was mildy interesting, but I never felt like the characters were fully developed. I did like the scene of snow in the desert though.
