Really Informative

I found this book very inspirational, as well as concise and practical. It is a relatively short read, but loaded with information, and tips to help one reach their full potential. I have read a fair amount of other books and articles, concerning the topic at hand. I can honestly say that this is among the top.

I love this book. The book includes methods to help you focus on your goals and keep moving forward. Recommend Dr. Jill's books too someone who wants to achieve transformation in their life.

I know what to do now with my negative thinking,Ii was born with add and I have cronic pain and h have been diagnosed with many mentall disorders.

Enjoyable mind expansion

Informative, easy reading and pushes one's personal boundaries in to personal uncharted territories, yet refreshing to know of the personal possibilities
