Hidden World: Past, Present and Future

Could you be part of a hidden world and not even know it? J.R Black and Helaina Unity just found out that they are. Now they have to protect the secret society that they belong to, and keep all its secrets from being discovered by the outside world. And on top of everything they begin developing super hero abilities that they must keep from their friends, and master at the same time. It’s hard being a teenager. But it is even harder when half the world wants to protect you, and the other half wants to destroy all that they hold dear. How can two tew teenage cousins possibly handle all this? By building a time machine of course! And with a little magic, and the love and support from their very unique alien family and friends.

This is a unique story about teenage cousins whose famly came to Earth ten generations ago. It was fore told that “The Ones” would become the hero’s that would protect their new home, and bring Unity to the world. J.R Black, and Helaina Unity are teenagers that have to learn who they are, and what they are the hard way, and at the same time be your normal everyday teens. But it can be difficult to hide the truth. Especially after the two young hero’s begin developing special skills, that they have to learn how to control and use in the right situations. With secret cities hidden around the world, and right under their very noses, their super hero talents, a machine that they build to time travel, they go on exciting adventures of discovery.
The two main characters are; J.R Black, a typical 15 year old who can build anything, and has a talent for drawing detailed blue prints of machines yet to be invented. He can turn the simplest things into amazing gadgets. Oh, Yes! He can also levitate. And those are just the beginning of his talents and as time passes they become better and better. He also has a talent for getting into trouble. The next is Helaina Unity who was born on the same exact day as her cousin J.R. She has visions of which leads the pair into finding the four jewels that begins their adventure filled journey. The jewels to be used to build a machine that will take them forward and back in time, a machine only they can use. Helaina also has a love of animals and can communicate with them. The two cousins have adventures under the sea, and above.

J.R and Helaina must work together to solve lots of mysteries, and they have fun doing it. But with all the mysteries, and adventures they have to learn to accept what life has to give them, and what they can give the world. Keeping secrets becomes a way of life, as they work together with their families, to find a way to the people of Earth to accept Unity and to live in peace.

Sandra Golden was born in San Jose California and is a graduate of Gunderson High School. She joined the US Army where she met her husband David. In December 1989 she graduated from Memphis State University with a B.A in Education, a month later her only son James Robert Golden was born on January 4, 1990. Sandy was a dedicated stay at home mother who was a room mother, school volunteer, and cub scout leader.

When her son J.R was killed on New Year's eve of 2008 Sandra turned to write to help deal with her grief. It has always been a dream of hers to become a published writer. Sandra's hobbies include traveling, cooking, writing, gardening, and scrapbooking. Sandra and her husband share their home with a few cats, and a sugar glider named Peanut. Sandra hopes her readers enjoy the adventures of J.R Black and his cousin Helaina Marie Unity as they search for Unity, and acceptance, in this unique book series.

This Author has a new, and creative voice, and a wonderful way to get readers attention. I see big things for Ms. Golden and wish her great success, and hope she keeps on writing more about J.R Blacks and Helaina's Unity's adventures. This would make a great T.V series.

WOW, Author is a friend of mine and let me have a copy of this story. I read this to my third grade class and they loved it. This story got my students interested in reading again! And her work even got the kids looking up topics that her characters introduced to them about the world we live in. Can't wait for the series to hit the book stores. Mrs. Golden is a lovely lady whose work should be on the shelf of every kid in the world. I hope the best for her.

My children love this story. It is the most imaginative, and unique story out there. The chapters are short and perfect for bedtime, and leave my kids excited to go to bed just so they can hear more about the adventures of Helaina and J.R. This story is amazingly unique. It funny, up lifting, fast moving, and catches the reader by surprise. And on top of all that it is the science fiction, action adventure, hero verses villans story that will appeal to all. I see this as the next big thing for young reades and since I am a language arts teacher in a high school I am going to recommend this book to all my students, and I will get the book for my 10 year old. He will love this story, and it is one that I approve of.

The first pages got my attention. I love when a writer can do that in so few pages. This Author has what it takes to make it all the way. This is a story I will read and let my children read. This story is fun, unique, fast moving, and at the end of each chapter the Author leaves you wanting more, and you can't wait to read what come's next. For the first time in a long time I want to actually go out and but this new series. I can't wait to get to the book store. Read part on WATTPAD, but got to read more here, just can't get enough of this. Vampires and Zombies your time is up Hidden World is going to knock you down and run over you. This has to be the most orignal story I have every read. I can't wait to read more. Going to get the series for my teens, this is one work of literture that I won't cringe when I see my kids reading. Love the characters, love the plot, just love everything about this story line.

I rated this purely based on my hatred of the author who has racially abusive on facebook to a number of people including my friends and anyone who is not white. It looks like it could be an okay read but I will never know because I don't read books by racists.
