The collection of recipes is mostly Spanish, Italian and Greek. There are no recipes from Morocco, Egypt, etc. A very boring selection.

Simple food with regular ingredients!

Despite this recipe book having no pictures, I have really enjoyed it. The recipes are simple and most call for ingredients that are readily available at the local grocery store. This book will make switching to the Mediterranean diet much easier for my family!
