This was a book that knew what it was and how long it should be. It had a few great tidbits and I learned something here and there. About what I expected :)

Enjoyed the easy read. Many good reminders of things I've known but for what ever reason I have elected not to do. A GREAT wakeup call. The most telling was that I’d forgotten to see my clients as friends which in the past has been the case. Also the challenge of getting honest customer feedback. The book was worth the investment in the time and money.
