A lifesaver
I downloaded this book after my first AA meeting. I wasn't exactly sure if AA was right for me. It was a little hard to get into at first but once I got into it I could not put it down. This book has given me inspiration and institutions to overcome my addition. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from addiction of any kind.

I know it is helpful to be people and that is amazing. But it needs to be rewritten. It is very old and outdated.
