Winry lives a cozy, quiet life in the small town of Aster Creek where she runs Crossroads Books and Café with her longtime friend and business partner, Ivy. She has a loving, close-knit family including her sisters Waverly and Wyla. Unknown to her family, Winry has fought a secret battle with mental health issues. She keeps her walls firmly in place and pushes the worst of her struggles down for the sake of her family.
Graham enters her world, and Winry feels intense attraction. He has special “golden retriever boyfriend” vibes and seems equally interested in getting to know her. Winry feels the need to be cautious, but a run-in with her ex leads her straight into Graham’s arms.
As the two grow closer, Winry can feel Graham trying to tear down her walls. She’s kept her battle a secret for so long, but Graham may be the one who can break her walls down. When trouble brews in their relationship and obstacles come at them from both sides, will they be drawn together, or will they drift apart?

A charming and courageous kind of romance novel, Feel It All dives into the challenges that lovers who deal with mental health struggles will face. Feel It All is a swoon worthy journey that will leave readers feeling hopeful and uplifted.
4.5⭐️!! This was sooooo good! Graham🔥🔥🔥🔥 I loved this story, the spice was great & I can’t wait to continue reading the series! I am about to start Bring It All right now!🤩
This book had a ton of potential. It was a cute, fun read but was hard to get through with the amount of grammatical errors. A lot of conversation sounded forced and unnatural and I found myself reading it in my head differently than it was written so it flowed better.
4.75/5 ⭐️ ARC REVIEW Thank you Mollie for the ARC provided <3
I finished this book in one sitting !!! We all know I’m a small town romance enthusiast so you can probably tell this book was it for me! :)
Winry and Graham have the sweetest relationship ever! Graham is the STANDARD omg we all need someone who will tell us silly jokes just to see us laugh, who will take care of us in the purest form and who will help us found the best version of ourselves <3 and Winry is such a relatable character! throughout the book I wished I could hug her and told her how strong she is, but well I think Graham did that job really well 🫂
This book contains mental health representation which in my opinion was written so well :) I love this type of books where you can not only read a sweet romance but also read such an important subject, in this case mental health.
About the side characters, I loved Winry’s family (it reminds me of my own), the connection she has with his sisters and mother, and the dynamic between Win and her father, Chief Bennett was such a protective teddy bear 😭😭 also, I can not wait to read Win’s sister books, I’m so so excited !!!
Absolutely devoured this audiobook in pretty much one sitting. Loved the storyline, the chemistry between the MCs was so good, the narration was AMAZING! Can’t wait to continue the series when the rest of the books come out on audio.
Small Town Cop x Chief’s Daughter Neighbors to Lovers Mental Health Rep
3.5 stars!! Got an ARC copy of this and read through this is one sitting! The chapters felt so short and i truly felt like i was just flying through it.
This book was cute, sweet, spicy and just a fun book to read. Graham is the PERFECT book boyfriend and i loved him from the get go, and Win overcoming again and again and again and coming back stronger was just so enlightening on the struggles of anxiety and what many others go through everyday.
Her sisters and best friend constantly coming in hot with jokes and banter and showing up every time she needs a shoulder was so refreshing and just made the friendship and love in them that much sweeter. I have two sisters that I’m close with and just the banter and always joking and talking about anything with them reminded me of mine 🫶🏻
This book comes out August 1 so be sure to read it !! Friends to lovers, boss’s daughter, small town romance. And listen, “Lift your hips for me baby” will do it for me EVERY. DANG. TIME.
This is shockingly bad. Like I’m so sorry to the author, but please please PLEASE find an editor before publishing. And if you have one, fire them, they hate you. I know people read for entertainment, and every book doesn’t have to be a work of literary art. But like, we have to have some standards 😩 I’m 30% in and have caught so many typos. The writing is just so bad. It’s like reading a 15 year old’s journal. That’s the best way I can describe it. It’s just bad. It’s so bad. And I feel bad for leaving this review, but I gotta let people know not to waste their time with this.

The first line of the synopsis reads: Winry lives a cozy, quiet life in the small town and that was what attracted me to read this book and I'm glad I did because it was a story that I loved, Graham our MMC is the new one town police officer and by chance he lives next door to Winry who is the daughter of his boss. From the moment they see each other they feel a little (big) attraction and I tell you I liked it, the story flows very well, I didn't see any big drama in it and I think that's why I liked it, but come on, it has its touch of suspense that I loved! ! This was a good debut book, the romance was amazing, Winry's sisters are absolute sweethearts and I want to read their stories already!
This book has a topic that can be a trigger for many, like depression, so read it with caution.
I really wanted to like this one more because the author, Mollie, genuinely seems like the sweetest person ever. She was so kind to give me an eARC of this and I'm incredibly grateful for her trust.
The story is sweet, the characters are very close knit and they all embody the loyalty that comes with a small-town setting. I also liked seeing the depression representation in the book.
I struggled to read through a lot of the dialogue in this book because it seemed unnatural. When I'm reading dialogue I picture how it's said out loud, and the lack of contractions in a lot of these sentences made things seem a bit choppy and robotic.
The pacing was a little too quick for me when it came to Winry and Graham's relationship. I will say their meet cute was in fact, super cute though.
This is Mollie's debut novel (which is such a huge accomplishment in itself) - I'd love to see how her writing changes throughout the rest of the series. I like knowing there will be some enemies to lovers action with Winry's sister and Owen.
Thank you so much to Mollie for sending me an eARC of this!
The premise drew me in as somebody with mental health issues, I am always interested in how it is portrayed in books. Mollie has done a fantastic job of representing a small smidge of what someone may go through with regards to relationship anxiety and the self-doubt that occurs.
I found Winry relatable and sweet, as well as resilient. She thrived around her people, as most of us with anxiety tend to do.
Graham was a man full of sweetness hidden under the facade of generational trauma. His dad really turned it around, which I appreciated, but his mum made me so angry!
The pacing was very fast and honestly was the only thing that kind of missed for me! I tend to need a bit more context, but overall, I would recommend it for sure!

*:・゚my thoughts┊ mm this wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t memorable. this felt like a book i’ve read a thousand times already and didn’t really offer anything new.
the characters felt flat, the romance was rushed, i didn’t really vibe with the plot or the writing. i saw a lot of reviews point out that the characters don’t use contractions when they talk and i realized that was something that had me struggling with the dialogue! it felt so forced and unnatural a lot of time. idk, there were some sweet moments, and i didn’t really hate this, but i didn’t really like it either 🤷🏻♀️ oh well!
Yall I hate to do this to an indie author but I just can’t deal. There are SO MANY errors in this book that it’s distracting. I always go into debut novels with an open mind, especially with indie authors because I understand how insane the whole process of writing and publishing your book is. But it was hard to find a page without a distracting error that could have been solved with a good editor or even just some more time before publishing.
Indie authors: Take your time! Readers will always be willing to wait a little longer for publishing when you’re taking extra care to make it amazing!
I absolutely loved this book! It had me giggling, swooning and falling in love with Winry and Graham! It was a cosy, sweet and steamy small town read. The story flowed so well and the drama towards the end had me on the edge of my seat!
Graham has recently moved to Aster Creek and is the new cop in town. He has never been one for relationships, but that all changes when he moves next door to the police chief’s daughter! Winry owns and runs Crossroads Books and Café with her long-time best friend, Ivy. Unknown to her family, she has fought a secret battle with mental health issues. When Graham enters her world, she has her walls solidly in place, but there is something about him that she is drawn to.
The small-town of Aster Creek was so charming, it was perfectly created! I just loved Crossroads Books and Café and would totally be a regular customer! I adored the dynamic between the Bennet Sisters. They were always there for Winry and knew when she needed them the most! The mental health representation in this book was portrayed so well! Winry was such a relatable character.
Graham and Winry were the cutest couple ever! Graham was so sweet and protective towards her. At first Graham was convinced he was not good enough for her, but when he finally admitted his true feelings, he made her his entire world! It was so adorable how he would tell her silly jokes just to hear her laugh and make her feel better!
If you’re looking for a fast past read set in a small town with a hint suspense, then this is the book with you! Feel It All releases on August 1st and will be available on Kindle Unlimited!
What to expect: 🩵Small Town 🩵Neighbours to Lovers 🩵Boss's Daughter 🩵Forced Proximity 🩵Mental Health Representation
TW: The main female character struggles with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.
I would like to be completely transparent in saying that not only have I grown up with Mollie, but we’ve raised our kids together, we’ve navigated marriages around each other, hell I even go to her game nights & do embarrassing card games with her.
So yes, i have a very unique take on this books. And it’s this: I keep thinking of her FMC & MCM as her and her husband. If you got the privilege of seeing them date since your sophomore year of high school - you would understand too. I say all this so i can confidently review this part of her book… her work is so genuine to her. As a person. As a wife. A friend. A sister. A daughter. What you read about her characters, you see in her real life. Mollie, I’m thankful for that. You’re so loved.
Okay blah blah blah the book. It’s cute. It’s cute as hell. But it’s not shallow. It’s powerful. And raw. It’s the definition of romance and sexy and fighting for your person. I love that it’s a small town setting like one we grew up in. I’m so happy the mcm is hot. Like super hot. It’s just perfect. It’s binge worthy. The side character make sense. It’s a beautiful use of dual POV. The sisters.. god i love the sisters.
This is a perfect summer read! It’s a perfect semi cozy romance. Mollie, YOU DID THAT.
I was swooning and loving Graham & Winry. This was a cozy sweet small town read.
Winry was a relatable sweet character she was also really strong going through anxiety and self doubts.
Graham was soo sweet, at first you feel bad because he’s convinced himself that he’s not good enough for her. She was his entire world and I thought that was really sweet🥹🥹

A cute small town romance. I loved the dynamic of the 3 sisters and can’t wait to see the other two stories.
Winry and Graham, both had walls that needed to come down. It’s hard to trust love, when the only love you’ve ever known wasn’t genuine. There was a tinyyyyy third act breakup which is not my favorite, but since it was so short I was able to get over it. I wish the suspenseful part would have happened sooner, but it was a good way to bring them back together in the end. A true happy ending.
DNF for me by 16%. This could've been a great book. However, it felt like the author was trying to hit a word count instead of writing how people actually speak. The amount of did not's, could not, would not, that could've been written as didn't, couldn't, wouldn't was absolutely crazy. I found myself reading different words that fit better into the sentences and was driving myself crazy. I couldn't focus on anything else. I tried to pick it back up twice and finally put in the DNF pile.
This book was a good debut, but I agree with other criticisms that mentioned the choppiness of the writing. I found myself having to change how the words were written as I read them because the writing just didn't flow. Contractions are your friend, especially in dialogue. It didn't take me out of the story completely, but I could see how it might do that for some.
The plot was also little disjointed and seemed like it was trying a little too hard at times. I just felt like the author was trying to fit certain things into the story that could've worked, but she sometimes just didn't know how to make the story flow with all of the different elements.
The insta-lust was fine. I'm not a huge fan of it, but I understand the appeal, and the meet cute with Winry saving Graham from Claire was very meet-cutey. I appreciated the mental health rep, and while I did initially negatively react to the fact that Winry opened up to Graham about her very serious struggles after only knowing him for such a short time, I realized that was more of an internal issue and maybe some people can just be more open about that stuff sooner than I can.
I did really love the relationship between Winry and her sisters and with their mom, and I appreciated that her dad was protective without being an alpha a-hole. I was actually pleasantly surprised when he didn't give much grief to Graham when he found out his new officer was dating his daughter. I also heavily related to the caretaker burden Winry felt as the eldest daughter. We definitely noticed when the adults were struggling and took that on ourselves, so I could really relate to where her struggles with anxiety and self-worth stemmed from.
There were only a few open door spicy scenes. They were OK in quality, but were pretty quick, hence the lower spice rating.
Overall, I think this is a good debut novel and I've read reviews of the second book that said some of the issues above get smoothed out in the next one, so I look forward to reading it not only for that, but also to find out why Waverly has such a hate-on for Owen. 😉 And to see uncle Owen being a hot father figure to his niece, Annabelle, who of course loves his enemy Waverly. 🤣
first of all, mollie congrats on this being your debut novel, i am so excitedd for people to meet these two! this book releases august 1st AHHH
𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕚 𝕓𝕝𝕦𝕣𝕓 𝕩 𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕤: in this book we meet winry (fmc) who runs Crossroads Books and Café with her best friend. her and her family are just so close with one another and they have such a beautiful relationship. the three sisters are Winry, Waverly, and Wyla and those three are so freaking funny and literally have no boundaries. despite their closeness Winry keeps one secret from her family that has to do with her battling anxiety and depression. in this story, we also meet graham (mmc) who just moved in and lives next door to winry and well some interactions with their exes ends up leading them to each others path. this book was just so beautiful to read, their connection, communication, chemistry was all there and i loved to see how he brought down her walls little by little but i also loved to see him be so open and honest with his feelings despite him being a no relationship type of guy. trust me, they had their fair share of challenges together but you could see how important they were to one another. they were both so romantic and adventurous with one another which was so freaking darn cute. there was some drama with graham’s mom which ngl got on my nerves but i loved seeing his dad be there for him but what i loved the most was how winry’s family accepted graham (yes even the dad) and not only that but he also made his own relationship with the sisters and Ivy (best friend) and it was so cute to watch develop. this book was so precious and i can’t wait for the next book! it is a fast paced - small town romance with suspense and it had me hooked from beginning to end.
thank you to mollie for providing me with an ARC 💙
Neighbors to lovers Cop x Cafe owner Cheif's Daughter Mental Health Rep Small Town Her or no one
This was such a sweet and wholesome story! While it was a bit insta-love for me, the connection between Winry & Graham was so genuine!
Winry has just broken up with her loser boyfriend and to her luck her new neighbor moved in. She's instantly attracted, but thinks he has a girlfriend, but once Graham clears the air all bets are off! There is nothing holding them back from being with each other. Besides maybe Graham working for her father😅
Graham doesn't have the perfect example to go off of when it comes to relationships and doesn't care for them, until he sees Winry. He's instantly taken by her and knows she's the one. Even his protective girl dad boss can't keep him away.
Like I said it was a bit insta-love, but I loved how they had a friendship phase that let them spent time together and confirm each other's feelings for each other.
The love Graham has for Winry had me melting! Even with Winry's mental illness he didn't back down, in fact it became a reason he wanted to try and be in her life more. Winry has been through so much and I'm so glad she has such an amazing support system and now she has Graham too🩵 I do wish Winry was more open with her sisters about what goes on her head and get more support from them.
Winry is the oldest of three girls, the police chiefs daughter and co-owner of a cozy little bookstore/café with her best friend. She also suffers from anxiety and depression, but doesn’t let those around her fully see her struggling.
Graham is the new guy in town, the newbie police officer and also Winry’s new neighbor. He also never wants to get married or have kids because his parents never set a good example for him to follow.
When Winry and Graham meet, their chemistry and connection is instant. It’s like they’ve known each other forever and are extremely comfortable around one another.
This was such a well written story between two people who found each other when they needed someone. The way that Graham helped Winry with her struggles by supporting her but letting her do things in her own time was so sweet. And the way Winry showed Graham that love was possible for him was everything.
Mollie did an incredible job writing mental health struggles into this book, and I felt like Winry was extremely relatable. It was not overdone and it really brought a light to these issues.
Thank you Mollie for giving me an ARC copy of this book!
Super thankful to have been selected as an ARC reader for Mollie’s debut novel!!
Winry & Graham are absolutely the best depiction of neighbors to lovers & I’m so here for it. Mollie absolutely encapsulates the line of tears from laughter & heartbreak for how far Winry has come in life & the battles she faces. HEA guaranteed!
I Can confirm Mollie’s books will be a staple in my library!

I loved the storyline & the dynamic between Winry & her family. The author has done a threat job of creating a real family bond between her characters.
If you’re looking for something to get you out of a slump then look no further! I really enjoyed this & im looking forward to continuing the series.
A couple of things I wasn’t keen on: - Winry & Graham’s relationship was very insta love. I would’ve loved for it to have been fleshed out past the 50% mark - Despite Winry being really close with her family, they supposedly forgot her birthday the previous year. This didn’t make any sense considering how close they came across in the book
Ok I feel like this had a lot of potential. Im giving the author the benefit of the doubt as I’ve seen everyone raving about the third book in this series. I hope the prose gets better, it didn’t flow that well for me. BUT anyway. There were a couple cute moments.
PS - there is no way her family “forgot” her birthday with how close they all are.
