I think the audience for this aren’t just people with controlling behaviors, it’s also everyone else. All humans face anxiety over life achievenemnts, events and their general environment. This is a gentle reminder to let go of trying to control the actions of those around us and focus on controlling our own attitudes and perceptions, as that is the only one thing we have power over in terms of control.
