This book is basically a paper version of an AA meeting, which is great if you need to hear a few stories, however left much to be desired on any pertinent info on Emotional Sobriety. There were a few little takeaways: The "Addict self" is an extreme example of self will run riot. Sobriety: A daily reprieve contingent on the maintenance of our spiritual condition. AA pg 85. Take my advice, I'm not using it.
