Not bad but maybe a little too in depth for an undergraduate intro class. Especially when the objective and concentration is on the student and techniques they can use to reduce stress.

Powerful and loving.

First knew this book back in 2012 , I finally own a physical one (the 9th edition). It wins my heart right from the preface for it speaks things in my mind in a clear way.

A big thank you Brian.
