This is a textbook that I read for school so maybe I should not have expected more but I did. This book read like a legal book, therefore, it was difficult to understand. It also did not answer many questions that I had about Special Education and the law.

Great book for those that are just beginning to start their special education degree or wants to know more about the laws.
