Breaking the Ice

Rate this book
He called her the Snow Queen

And if that wasn't enough to jolt Sarah out of the ten-year sleep she'd consigned herself to since being jilted as a teenager, Brett Jackson had other plans.

With customary arrogance and his sexy, impossible grin, Brett strode into her solitary life with the irresistible entourage of a young son, two dogs and a ferret. Sarah almost forgot her vow never to fall in love again.

But also accompanying Brett was his questionable reputation--and that certainly didn't make him the kind of a guy capable of melting any respectable ice maiden!

One of the better Harlequins that I have read recently. Sarah Malone gets a new neighbour she isn't entirely thrilled to meet when his son's pet ferret escapes and gets into her house. Brett Jackson throws chaos into her orderly life and shows her that she doesn't have to live her life as a Snow Queen.
