If you are interested in the business deals which went into the three Cleveland stadiums, as well as other national arenas impacted by these deals, this is an excellent book to read. A lot of in-depth writing as Ken was on the inside. Well written, but A LOT of details which get to be overwhelming at times. Enjoy as you understand more about Oakland and Tampa's issues as well.
