Bailout Conspiracy: They Stole Your Money

Rate this book
In Bailout Conspiracy, a single man’s fight for justice reveals a scheme of entrapment, which includes deceit, foreclosure of properties, stealing of taxpayer money, the suspicious death of a key witness and finding the smoking gun.
Latell, who served in the Navy Civil Engineering Corps, was a licensed engineer and general contractor who also owned 2 rental apartment complexes in Florida. During the recession, when he wanted to make a simple loan modification, little did he realize that he would be caught in a malicious, calculated and illegal trap.
In Bailout Conspiracy, the crook is the loan servicer Peter Triano, the lawyer, Lawrence Rochefort and the giant, Fannie Mae. “Fatto un torto,” said Latell. “Peter Triano and Lawrence Rochefort have done me wrong and thinking back to my Italian heritage, I imagined taking revenge. Being that I thought murder would not go well with God, I imagined a gunshot in each of Triano’s knees and one elbow would be suitable. I thought that leaving one good arm would be justified, in that it would not be fair for someone else to have to wipe his ‘stronzo!’”
Each chapter takes the reader on a roller-coaster journey and Latell’s documented true crime story will prove - every step of the way – how the money trail leads to fraud. How a conspiracy stole from him – and from you.

Frank Latell is a civil engineering graduate (BE) of Youngstown State University and a professional engineer and general contractor licensed in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and North Carolina, who designed and built single and multi-family housing.

Latell served seven years of active duty in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corp. He served in the Navy Seebees, whose motto is “Construimus, Batuimus,” a Latin phrase, which means “We build, we fight.” The Navy's elite construction and engineering crews were trained by Marines for combat and often had to cut through jungles to design and build airfields, bases and fuel tanks. Now, the perils of his experience as a Seebee gave Latell the fortitude to recognize corruption, fight for what was right and stick-it-out through the tough times. He has a committed and genuine desire to educate Americans that “the same true crime could happen to them.”

Frank Latell's 2023 copyright book "Bailout Conspiracy" is a must read for those interested in the workings of government spending and cheating. This book is well documented in each chapter so it is not a book of myths but truthful. Frank Latell gives an insightful and exceptional account of a man's fight for justice against a corrupt system. It is so sad to see this conspiracy happening here in the United States of America.

This book is the personal account of one man's fight against Fannie Mae, their loan officer and lawyer. In an attempt to obtain a loan modification, Frank Latell is lied to and ultimately faces foreclosure and a monetary judgment against him. What follows is his attempt to right the wrong and his frustration with the system which instead of helping him does nothing. No one will take responsibility. Follow Frank Latell in his journey to right a wrong and seek justice.

Easy to read and understand the conspiracy that Latell went through with Fannie Mae.
Well documented with examples. Sad sorry to be told and a fair warning for the rest of us.
