I liked most of what the book ahad to say and its insights into what is necessary to make common formative assessments manageable. However, I was disappointed to find that it was so heavily laden with product plugs for three or four other books that the authors wanted you to buy. I recommend the read, but the program itself is still up for question.

This is an attempt to synthesize the current standards movement into a workable plan. The result is exactly what you'd expect in terms of content and readability.

Great book detailing the current journey of many schools including my own. Needs more practical examples though.

Good foundational reading, but a bit dry. Could benefit from some real world examples or an additional interactive component.

Read for continuing Ed.

Oh my goodness. The things we do for college credit. Not bad and only moderately guilt-inducing.

Good information around how to work through the development of common assessments across a department or grade level, but rather dry.
