Good not great

Good book however I feel there needs to be more research and less pep talk so to speak. I enjoyed this book however I feel it's basic

It's alright

Short, simple and straight to the point. The book promotes self love, self- acceptance and self-forgiveness which are great qualities needed to live a happy and fulfilled life

Short and simple yet powerful.

It makes me think about who I'm living my life for.

I liked how this book talked about the balance between seeking feedback & seeking approval.

It's up to us to see ourselves as beautiful.

Goes off point a few times.

It's a fine message I suppose, but they sort of go off topic a bit in the ramblings. Poorly organized.
