This a fictional work based on the history of a young woman growing up in Camden, N.J. during WWI. It characterizes her struggle to maintain her family, moral and Christian principles in the midst of an ever changing world brought on by the War. Facing a society where family and faith values seem to fade with new worldly views Lena struggles and overcomes her dilemma.
