I can't say enough about this book Dr. Jasmin Sculark with all of her trails and ministering to others and using the stories and scriptures to back up every storm in her life and others. It's hard to put this book down when you find your life on pages with uplefting words of encouragement. I love the part when she says living with the good and the bad in this life she says Joyce Meyer says fear is false evidence appearing real, fear weakens you. Also Dr. Jasmin says take a picture of yourself, forgive yourself and others because forgiveness is not for them but for you to move on in life and live.
You have to read this book to understand that you can move on and be lifted up and be who God has called you to be. After reading the first couple of chapters it was hard to put it down I love the stories about the other souls used in this book letting you know your not alone. She encludes stories form the bible to back it up. You know how you go to church and your Pastor stands in front of the congregation and holds up the bible and says everything you need is in this book. It's true read this book you can't go wrong. I am just at the beginning of this book and I have gotten so much out of this book. I gave this book a five star and I haven't finished reading it yet.

Must read

Great biblical principles and accuracy that teaches you how to move on from pain to restoration. Especially concerning church hurt and conduct.
