The story of her journey was interesting and a fascinating read. I feel that this book might have been better if she'd fleshed out that angle more and gotten rid of the mechanics and info-dump sections - there's a fair number of errors and exaggerations in her statistics. None of said statistics or the explained biological mechanisms are cited, but searching a phrase on Google brought up the original source, nearly word for word. I feel it would have been much better if she'd skipped the sketchy paraphrasing and just linked to the sources so readers could do their own homework. That said, I did find it motivational.

Also Awesome

I wrote my other review for Jane's illustrated book, thinking it was this book, as I was reading both at the same time.
Both were great . I read them both in about 2 +/- hours.
I was laughing as well as relating with her thoughts and observations!
Its a fast, funny and informative read.
Thanks Jane!

Almost a 5

The author accomplished an incredible weight loss of over 120 pounds and her story is interesting with great tips. But I thought her language was crude ie: "to get layed," and lots of typos.

Liked it! Nothing new or flashy, but it's another quick, sensible book. I really wasn't sure about buying it, it's so short, but I'm glad it's in my library now.
