I have been eyeing Kiity Williams` titles for quite a while. What held me for so long was the price, for it's about twice the price of many other similar stories. I was desperately hoping, at 7$ for 70 pages, that it would be great, no, that it would be grand.

I hadn't been disappointed, the story even exceeded my expectations. This story has hit with great accuracy many of my interests I have in the genre, so my critic may be biased.

It falls into the heavy side of femdom, yet it's realistic enough to be engrossing and titillating. Kitty is an expert at describing embarrassing situations and there is plenty of them, many a time I've surprised myself cringing with mortification at Matthew's predicaments. I was fascinated by the unfolding of events narrating Matt's transformation from a coequal husband to his wife to an utterly abject slave. Matt is going through a wide range of emotions that are accurately illustrated by the author.

We begin this story with Matthew not pleasing his wife, Anna, on their return from their honeymoon. She goes in to work, where she has made partner in her law firm, while Matthew is a writer working on a novel and not producing much of anything towards his deadline.

Matthew has secret desires and whenever Anna takes charge, he is thrilled. On her return home, she tells him that she will give him some specific chores that he will do while she is away. There will be rewards and punishments.

Anna explains to her friend, Emma, about taking charge of Matthew at home in the pub on a rainy day. Returning home, Anna finds fault with Matthew’s cleaning, slaps his face and has him kneel in front of her. She takes this further, having him undress and please her, reveling in his submission.

The following day, she orders him to create a contract defining their relationship. Matthew will seek Anna’s permission to leave the house and to use the bathroom. Anna revels in the power and Matthew is excited by her assumption of power. The contract sets up an incredibly unequal relationship, one that is irrevocable. Anna texts Emma once Matthew signs it and tells her that she now has a slave.

Seventeen days later, Matthew has been caned in their bedroom. Anna instructs him to stand in the corner with his hands on his head. After she goes out with a client, Matthew merits more punishment. The next morning, Anna announces the arrival of her mother, Sally Chandler (Mrs. Chandler to Matthew). The author is setting up more humiliation with punishment in front of Matthew’s mother-in-law followed by Anna’s trip with her client while her mother stays with Matthew. The potential for further humiliation excites him.

Matthew’s future is to be transformed into Sally’s pretty little maid for Anna, as Anna cuckolds him, tightens her dominance over him and disciplines him for every mistake and resistance

Poor buildup. Poor characterization. Poor flow of the story. Some scenes are a bit fun. But I won't recommend the book for that reason.

Ummmmmm???? Not sure

Started brilliantly. Then went rapidly downhill to silly farce. Not worth spending money on. What gets me is writers of cuckold books like this seem to start with loving couples one mentions serving the other and wham all matrimonial love respect and friendship flies out the window. Why bother getting married if at the first mention of a bit of kink one partner suddenly and completely savagely screws the other. Poor book. Give it a miss IMO

Very good

An excellent effort! It's never easy to capture the emotional rollercoaster a male ego experiences when embracing his submission. Each well designed humiliation runs into a slowly deflating machismo which is as delightful to experience as it is to witness! Laying the proper groundwork allows all else to progress far more smoothly. Discipline, humiliation and emasculation need not be too intense to achieve better results.

I'd think with the detailed erotica lacking and only hinted at, that something like:
"...rolled Matthew onto his back, lifting him up onto his knees..." would definitely have been caught in a proofreading.
All the teasing and hinted at moments that the reader wants to know more about, and then something like this... Very disappointing in what could have been a much better and longer story.
She has the ability to write, it is a shame she shortcuts her work.

This was a fun read about Anna and her new, naïve, submissive husband Matthew. Anna draws up an interesting contract that Matthew signs, only later learning the full consequences of their new arrangement. I wish Anna's friend Emma had a larger part in the story (fingers crossed for a Book 2).
