I've read many books on prayer. This is the format I love best (content, prayer, scriptures). It is always helpful to me when authors include actual prayers in a book about prayer. I will definitely check out more of her books

This woman writes some of my favorite devotional books. This one is PACKED with scripture and encouragement! I recommend it for the new believer as well as the veteran because you can never be reminded enough of
truth and God's promises.

This was a very simple, inspiring read. I read each chapter daily and it served as a daily pick-me-up. I enjoyed the prayers at the end of the chapter because they were relevant. The tone of the book wasn't preachy which I can appreciate. It was simple and straight to the point. You can apply most of the advice to life immediately. Good read.
