Small ebook that gives a lot of helpful ideas about how to maintain a healthy blood glucose level by diet, exercise, and the use of natural herbs and teas. Many of the food items mentioned by the author also provide other health benefits. He cautions that not all dietary supplements will benefit all individuals in the same way. Rather, he shares his own journey of how he reversed diabetes through diet and exercise.

Information I didn't even. Know about what works the best for diabetes,.

A lot of different foods and supplements that has been studied and tested for diabetes. Wow a lot I wasn't even aware of. Also good ideas what to eat that's the best and easy exercise that one can do and get results. Also cautions that u need to check wit your Dr. Because everyone has different problems and what would work on one may not be the best for others. A lot of times an alternative would be suggested, again CHECK WITH YOUR DR.

I can't trust anyone who recommends recipes with white rice to diabetics. All the side eyes!

Very good read

I will follow his guide and monitor my results. My glucose levels are between 99 and 138 between fasting and no medicine. I hope to get and stay below 80 after this.

Smoothies.

I especially liked the smoothies and spices. A little too much focus on himself throughout the book. Would have liked a list of ingredients instead of being spread throughout the text.
