I enjoy a good story. This series has been just that for me. I'm not inputting any spoilers, but if you watch today's news, from say, the beginning of the CoVid Pandemic, then you will have a good understanding of the world that Daniel Markis, Jill Repeth, Skull Denham (and all the rest of the cast) live in and are defending to the fullest. Mr. VanDyke traipses a very thin line between fiction and reality and has had my attention since the First book I read, Stellar Conquest. I picked up the Plague Wars Series, because I wanted to know where it all began. SMAJ Reaper Repeth caught my interest and that led me all the way back to Daniel and Elise's first encounter where he nearly killed her. But, I digress. I said I wasn't going to input any spoilers. So, start with The Plague Wars and go forward from there. Or, start with Cyborg Strike. I guarantee you pick up The Plague Wars Trilogy pack and dive in.

While the space fleet is being built events on earth are gradually bringing nations into alignment, to provide the united planet if the Destroyer is to be dealt with effectively.

Spooky, Repeth are the main characters here in several actions; one or two rogue elements from previous volumes are neutralised.

This series is brilliant series of books, an just about to start reading book 5. Not sure what I'm going to read when I've read the last book.

Sometimes still finding its feet.

The whole series has been a fun read so far. Even when the story gets uneven in its telling, this is a short detour. I will likely keep reading to see where it all winds up!
