This book "Big Nate Makes a Splash" is a very good book. I had a lot of connections as I read it. It made me think of another book that I am also reading called "Middle school." They both talk about kids who don't like school and have very bad grades. These books all told me about the life of a middle schooler. I can also connect it to myself because I didn't have good grades, so as these characters. It is a very entertaining book, but there wasn't a lot of deep themes to this book. I would recommend this book but there wasn't a lot of deep thinking.
I think 🤔 it’s not as good as the other books 📖 but I still like it 👎🏻👍🏻👎🏻👍🏻👎🏻👍🏻👍🏻👎🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😻😾😻😾😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻💙💚💛🧡❤️💜🖤💜❤️💛🧡💛💚💙💙💚🧡🧡❤️💜🖤💜❤️🧡💛💚💙💚💛🧡❤️💜🖤
Big Nate Makes a Splash is a graphic novel by Lincoln Peirce, featuring the misadventures of Nate Wright, a middle school student who is always getting into trouble. In this book, Nate is excited for summer vacation, but his plans to spend it relaxing and playing video games are derailed when his friends and family insist on dragging him to various activities, including a summer camp and a family vacation. The writing is witty and the artwork is engaging, with Peirce's talent for humor and his signature cartoon illustrations adding to the appeal of the book. The story is relatable and humorous, with themes of friendship, family, and the challenges of summer vacation. However, some readers may find the plot to be formulaic or the humor to be repetitive. Overall, I would give Big Nate Makes a Splash a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars, and recommend it for fans of the series or anyone looking for a quick and entertaining read about the challenges of summer vacation.
I liked the story's What I think could have been changed was how art the beginning of every comic strip it said big nate and a little cartoon that Nate drew but otherwise it was really good! ;-)
I choose this rating because it is really the best books ever. Lincoln Peirce has a comedy relatable to Jeff Kinney's Diary of a Wimpy kid. This is great for ages 8-12

This book consists of a collection of different comic strips. I loved the first comic strip which is about Nate questioning the validity of a Math question. He feels unrealistic and the teacher fulfils his realistic request in a different way. He is very witty and has a lot of sarcastic jokes.
I am usually a big fan of big hate but this book disappointed me. Lincoln pierce could have done better. Usually big hate has an original fun jokes but this time it wan unoriginal. 6.99 for this is not worth it.😓
