I read the Kindle edition which was free. Some quite good ideas for de-stressing and prioritising, but I would not have been happy to pay for it!

All of these books are the same and I've read so many so it wasn't ground-breaking for me. This one was a very easy read which was nice but it does not deliver on what it promises on the blurb

Some great practical advice. Worth reading more than once.
