This one was definitely unique and I really enjoyed it. Part fantasy, part Christmas book, part romance, part Nutcracker retelling, all bundled up together with a compelling story made this a fun read. Where is book 2???? I need it!!! I love fantasy and I love Christmas books, so a fantasy Christmas book is a perfect combo to me.

I don't think I'm generally a big fan of (grown-up) romance, but I loved the story. Love all the different lores woven together.

I recieved a free copy of this book in return for an honest review. The cover is amazing, the story line absolutely captivated me, and Janell's style was perfect for the novel. I would recommend this for anyone who likes fantasy and romance. It's the best of both!
