Soul DNA - Your spiritual genetic code defines your purpose- is a fascinating little book.

I have always been interested in religion and spirituality and am one of lifes more inquisitive souls. Give me any TV programme or book that even slightly touches upon the meaning of life or religion or spirituality or philosophy and I will be there with my ears pricked up like an Alsation.

I consider myself to be open minded when it comes to anything of this nature and I have one foot in the real world and the other tentatively placed on more imaginative and speculative plains. But what I loved about this book is that it is not just about Soul DNA and soul conciousness and reincarnation, for me I found it to be very much a life changing self-help book!

Jennifer O'Neil has managed to produce a book that introduces spirituality in an accessible manner and it is full of helpful ( well I found them helpfull anyway) life tips that I'm sure a lot of people will find incredibly useful.I am sure there are a lot of skeptics out there that would consider this kind of stuff as a load of old codswallop but Soul DNA made me think and I found it fascinating and very helpful. The chapter about finding a happy perspective was especially helpful. 4/5

This book delves into the more esoteric side of life. The author, a self-proclaimed psychic and spiritual teacher, takes readers though a series of chapters that explain how life as a physical and spiritual person can be improved.

I truly enjoyed the message throughout this book. The nod in the direction beyond meditation and Law of Attraction sincerely spoke to me. I love how stories are sprinkled throughout the text, and the author even shares some personal experiences. I am always in pursuit of information, and this book gave me some excellent exercises to try.

I would recommend this book to those who question life beyond the physical or who need the assurance that psychic abilities are at everyone’s beckon.

Not the book for me. I am a mortal being, not immortal -- The soul that sinneth, it shall die -- Sorry, just do not believe my soul goes on to become someone else's soul, it hasn't been through multiple past lives. Early on in the book, I realized this was not a book for me, but I was reading it to satisfy a couple reading challenges so I stuck with it. Unfortunately, that translates as a one star rating (and that is really being generous but since there isn't an incremental star rating system on Goodreads, I'm forced to give it a full star. I guess that doesn't make me generous after all.)

I have an interest in discovering more about ourselves, so I do love a book like this where you can ponder on your own make up in life and your own destination. What makes you tick and what can make you tick better. It's all part of a journey we are all on. This book looks at life paths, money flow, energy flows, laws of attraction and plenty more to wet your appetite. I found it a good source of inspiration.

I found this a very interesting book and was particularly taken with the idea of spirit guides and the possibility of tuning in to them. I am quite an intuitive person and often follow my gut feeling. It doesn't often let me down. Learning that this intuition may well be my spirit guide leading me was very thought provoking.

Wonderfully refreshing take

Absolutely the best book I’ve ever read on this subject. It’s crisp, honest, truthful and doesn’t sugar coat anything. I never wanted the book to end. I started reading this book because I needed help with soul searching with my spirit guides. I had lots of issues that needed fixed and just reading this put it all in a different light. I started reading it for spirit guides but it took me down a beautiful path of self discovery to help pin point where I was going wrong and fix all the toxic things I was doing to myself. This is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it to every single person on the face of the earth. It’s a much needed read for everyone!

She Makes the Unseen Real

I thoroughly enjoyed Soul DNA. It gave me more clarity about the Spirit world, making it more tangible and real for me. I like Jennifer’s writing: honest, challenging in a respectful way, and grounding spiritual topics to make them accessible and believable. It’s readable and user-friendly. I’m glad I read this book and I recommend it to those wanting to better understand their soul in a human body, indeed, to better understand this whole life experience.

The author of this book asserts unsupportable positions with no greater authority than the claim that she was taught these things by her spirit guide who stayed behind in the spirit world when she decided to reincarnate into this world to learn a little more. It is amusing that she thinks she comes here to learn more for the spirit world, but needs to be guided by the unlimited resources of the spirit world she claims to have come from to this world. The entire book is silly and fantasy.

The book is is very readable and touches on some very interesting topics. I would have liked it to delve a little deeper and offer more practical advice. However, if this is new information to the reader maybe this is more than enough for an introduction.

Soul DNA talks about how we are all essentially spiritual beings here to learn certain lessons or have certain experiences as part of our physical existence on earth before returning to the spiritual realm.

In a concise, easy-to-read format, Jennifer O'Neill describes for us all of the potential and resources we have at our disposal if we make a conscious effort to access them. Doing so, she assures us, will result in a big change in our lives for the positive.

Much of what O'Neill says makes so much sense and there were parts that resonated strongly with my own experiences however, as others have noted, the author's writing style can be somewhat judgmental and preachy at times. This grated for me and seemed incongruous with the ideology behind the book.

A quick read, perfect for those who are new to spirituality or anyone who has ever questioned why we are really here. I would have liked to see a little more depth to the ideas in the book personally and am keen to check out other works by this author.

Most of us were raised to take what you get. But, Jennifer is saying you can manifest what you get by putting your intentions out to the Universe. Jennifer made a believer out of me. It opened my mind to possibilities I had never known. It opened my heart to the Universe and what it can do for me. A life changing book if you have an open mind. I loved this book. It has made a difference in my life.

This was a little disappointing, as I had an idea about a possibility of a spiritual dimension of DNA, and thought this was about that very thing. Unfortunately, the title was just a catchy title, and the book was a more or less unrelated explanation of the ideas of the Law of Attraction and the author's ideas about past lives and psychic powers, having little to do with DNA. I guess that means I could still pursue that idea I had, but this book, while reasonably good as a general self-help book, didn't deliver on its title.

I found this book to be a chalk and cheese combination. There were parts that I really didn't like. certain parts, I found parts to be quite judgemental which in turn surprised me as that was the exact opposite of what the book was generally about. The other half was great, parts (and certainly the statements in italics) spoke directly to my soul.

Past lives, not somuch

Since I am a, believer in Jesus Christ, I am not a believer in past lives nor reincarnation of the human being in the way this book presents it. The Bible teaches the way and purpose of my life. Free. Was a correct price for this untruth, based on scripture, the real truth.

Loved this book

The book is a constant reminder of how we are in control of our own lives. I loved the Pursuit of Happiness section with the Spiritual Laws. I am also going to buy that book for a few of my friends. It is so true on how we should be living. It was another helpful reminder on how I should be living my life.

I found a lot of the stuff in the book to be trash the way it was described. However, after changing it a bit to fit with my beliefs about the world the book was helpful in a lot of ways. I will probably read it again in a few months to try to digest some more.

Jennifer O'Neill has a way of explaining the esoteric in easy-to-understand language. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants an introduction as well as those who are more advanced on their spiritual path, as a well written 'reminder' is always spiritually uplifting.

This book is so informational!It packs a lot into a concise 152 pages. I know I will read it again. It has a very clear synopsis on everything you would think of regarding your soul DNA. If you have a Kindle it is cheap! 2.99!

I read this book twice. I found it very enjoyable. There are useful ways to connect to your spirituality. i have always thought that there are spirits surrounding us but have not been good at connecting with them. I especially like the Universal Prayer that she included.

I have to admit, this is fun. You need to approach it with a very open mind. There is a lot going on. Discussions on The Universe, Past Lives, God, Higher Powers, Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides...to name a few. Some very good points on looking at life and leading it in a positive way.
