Not real sure about this one.. I mean yeah its good, but just something about it.. a 40 something woman that has had a lot of unfortunate relationships is still looking for the one. Alex will be the first to tell you he is "old school" had me almost smirking.. except for the fact is I was thinking I can do that. (smiles) Alex's thoughts of course sets the women's movement way back on its ass. Sara has a decision to make. where Alex was upfront in what he wants, Sara is left to wonder if she can meet his needs.... Domestic Discipline am I not too old for spankings.. according to Alex apparently not if the need arises.

I soo DIDNOT like the ending.... just sayin.. but yeah.. enjoy.. really

Stinging Proposal is the story of how Alex proposed to Sara with a request for a domestic discipline marriage to follow. The proposal with all the roses and letters was unique but so is a domestic discipline marriage. He was seeking acceptance of what he wanted and needed from his wife; Sara had to decide if this was the kind of marriage that she wanted with the man she had come to love. Yes spanking is part of the domestic discipline marriage but so is communicating at a deep level and trusting your partner more than in most marriages; it should not be entered into lightly and I think the author did a good job presenting the safe, sane and consensual aspect of the DD marriage. I would have rather found the entire story in one manuscript but installments is the current fad.

I liked it and was sad to read the words ... to be continued. Liked the build up between the characters. The action really gets going from Chapter 7 (Countdown) with the introduction of spankings. I enjoy the DD genre and look forward to reading the next book in this series.
