I had such a good time reading this one!!!

It's one of those romantic with a twist books.. Enough twist to satisfy my inner freak but romantic all the way.. Enough stress and drama to make my heart beatting faster but not too much so that my heart bleeds..
Although a short novel it didn't felt rushed.. It was sexy, full of sentiments and funny..
I liked so much his back story.. The explanations of why he was so cold and didn't kiss any woman..
Chloe was great.. I loved her.. She was so cute and bitchy at the same time when she had to..
And the ending was perfect.. I can't wait to read the other books..

This was the first in the billionaire series where we meet Graves and Chloe.
Graves was brought up in foster care until he was 14 then fended for himself on the streets as a result of this he doesn't do relationships and can't stand to be touched or kissed.
Chloe is a rich spoilt princess who's been in love with Graves since she was 15 but can't seem to get his attention till the night of her 25 birthday when they eventually spend the night together.
Their both drawn to each other but with Chloe being Graves best friends little sister a relationship between them is almost forbidden but Chloe wants more and wont stop till she's with the man she loves.
It all happens pretty fast with it only being a short read but it was defiantly a steamy one.

The first in this billionaire series...Graves is a super rich, OCD ridden, electronic nerd who was dragged up in foster care until he decided to jump ship & take care of himself on the street at 14. He met the uber-rich Lexington's through their son Daniel, and fed of their "normality". Over the years, he built up a very successful high end technology empire, but had never had more than impersonal relationships with one night stands. Chloe Lexington had admired Graves from afar, and over the years, that had turned into lust...
This was a short but steamy read...I think Grave must have had some assistance from his technology empire to maintain the carnal prowess he displayed to the big V Chloe!

This is a short story about Chloe who has the hots for her brothers best friend Graves. She has been coming onto him for a year and at first she thought he seemed interested but lately he won't even look at her. What she doesn't realise is that Graves is in love with her but due to his upbringing and how he likes to have sex, he doesn't think he's the right man for her.
As Chloe's 25th birthday is approaching and she is still a virgin she comes on strong to Graves asking him to take her virginity but he turns her down. Making him jealous by saying she will give her virigintiy to Luke, another friend of her brothers, Graves gives in and they spend the night together.
This author writes very good sex scenes. I really liked Graves. His upbringing and his initation into sex has left him emotionless. He doesn't kiss women and he never lets them touch him but when he sleeps with Chloe, his walls come tumbling down.
This is a good sexy story. The next book is about manwhore Luke! I look forward to reading of his downfall!

This book had the potential to be a 5*. It had all the themes I look for in a romance novel - fell in love with brother's best friend, loved him for years, possessive alpha male( I could go on....)
Why it fell short for me was because there just was no romance, no chase, no build up between Graves and Chloe.
It started off great and I had huge expectations after Graves put on the chase and Chloe pushed Graves to act but after that there was nothing but plain old sex which was over the top and a bit boring. Just don't look for any deep, meaningful emotion or character development in the delivery.
I wanted to see Graves's more possessive side and Chloe's sweetness come across where she "saves" him, not just sex and then more sex (not that I am complaining or anything) but I needed more to this story. This book could have done with a few more pages as the characters including the secondary characters had the potential to be so much more.
This is an easy read if you are looking for a real romance you will be slightly disappointed but not too much.

OOZES SEXUAL TENSION
Chloe Lexington has been in love with her brothers best friend since she was fifteen. But Graves Buchanan is a closed off man. Unlike Chloe his childhood was not the best, he's learnt to rely on himself. His association with women is emotionless, he doesn't do relationships. But Chloe's 25th birthday is coming up and she knows exactly what she wants for her birthday.
First read for me by this author, and oh boy what a surprise. This is a quick read but you are not short changed in any way, this is packed with detail. The sexual tension between Graves and Chloe is off the charts. I liked that we get both leads POV both characters are easy to relate to, the sex scenes are sizzling. We also get a quick glimpse of the other billionaires who will feature in their own stories. This is part one of a series, but each one is about a different couple.
An excellent quick read, recommended.

Graves is rich and due to a rough upbringing keeps his distance from anything involving intimacy. But when his best friend's little sister Chloe finally admits that she wants him - he might not be able to deny himself what he's wanted for years.
This was a short read that left me a little cold at the start. I really couldn't connect with either of them until about the last few pages where I felt a little more invested. However, the stories of the side characters that will be featured in the next installments did peak my interest. I received the second book as an ARC and found that the next story was much better than the first - which sold me on the series.
I wanted to like this one a bit more than I did, but I think the next installments will continue to improve.

This was a short, steamy, perfect in between book. Some parts were slighty cheesy and the ending left me wanting just a little more, but overall it was a good read. I will say I'm excited to read Luke's story next.

This was a quick, well written, and very steamy story. From the very first pages I was swept up into what I was reading, I blushed something fierce reading what was in the story, and I genuinely liked the characters and the story itself. It was easy to sink right into, and it kept me beyond hooked into everything that I was reading. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the stories in the series, and I'm already greatly anticipating what those will bring! If you are looking for a quick, well written, and seriously enjoyable read than be sure to check this out!

Wow this was a great book and I'm anxiously waiting for the next in the series, This is book one in The Billionaire's Club series based on a group of friends. This first book is about Graves. With each guy getting his own book. And I looked and I'm happy to say each month a new book will be out. As of now the series will have a total of five books.
Though he is now a billionaire and a genius Graves grew up in a different world, in foster care and then homeless Graves has made a life for himself and found true friends. Chloe couldn't have grown up any different she has had wealth and loved showered all over her. The only thing she hasn't had that she wants more than anything is Graves. Graves has been friends with her brother Daniel for years and for years her love for him has grown. Finally finding a reason to visit Graves, Chloe goes about making him hers. Graves has kept his sexual relationships as clinical as possible he has never loved and woman except Chloe but he also knows she is off limits and that she deserves more than him. So when she surprises him and then tells him she wants him to take her virginity he is floored. Now Graves will have to decide if he can move forward with Chloe or if he will be able to leave her behind.
This was a greta short read. A lot of novellas leave you feeling like the hero and heroine never grew or had time to have a relationship but I completely believed Graves and Chloe loved each other. I loved the idea that they knew each other for years and grew to love each other but because of Graves friendship never did anything before. Graves was a hot, possessive, crazy, obsessive hero he even says
"Thats' Right, Chlo. I want you so Much you make me shake in my f...... pants. I'm obsessed with you with where you are and what to do and who the f... you're with I want to bury myself inside you so deep I won't ever want to pull out."
Wow what can I say that says it all the dialogue was beautifully written and I enjoyed every second of this book I never felt like it was rushed or that I was missing anything by the length of this book. I can't wait for the rest of the books so I will get: Luke's, Andrew's, Daniel's, and Cade's book. I loved reading about the friends relationship it's very obvious that these guys have a great friendship that they value dearly and I will enjoy each of these men's turn at their world be turned upside down by a woman. I can't wait for the happily ever after's.

WOW. This story was just so. damn. sensual that it had me squirming on my bed. It was a complete hit on its own.
The male lead, Graves Buchanan, was a self-made billionaire who was just a man of his own. Easily, one of the sexiest book leads out there.
Chloe Lexington, baby sister of Graves friend, has always wanted him and now that she is almost twenty-five, she refuses to take no for an answer. Graves also secretly cared for her deeply but does not think he deserves her. Lucky for him, our innocent-heroine-Chloe will not give up at anything until she is claimed by the tortured-primal-sex-god.
Annnd it begins! The seduction is filled with right amount of jealously, possessiveness, sweetness, vulnerability and leaves you wishing that you had a Graves Buchanan there for you. It may sound typical but the journey Ms. Garnier takes you on is absolutely beautiful .

I’m having a love-hate relationship with this book. I love the billionaire aspect of it! They have things and can do things that others can’t do. Makes it awesome. So, what did I hate? They have things and can do things others can’t do! I know! It’s a conundrum!
The Billionaire’s Club is a group of story about a group of men that are all billionaires. They’re stories are all different, but they’re all friends and they’re all filthy rich! I want one.
Claimed by Him is the story of Graves Buchanan. His house is awesome and I want one. He’s attracted to his friend’s sister, Chloe. Chloe has been in love with Graves since she was fourteen. Graves won’t act on his attraction to Chloe for several reasons. The first being, her brother, Danny. The second being, Graves, himself. He has dark needs and is afraid that he’ll hurt Chloe.
Chloe finally takes matters into her own hands and decides to seduce Graves.
Now, I admit, when I was initially reading this, I had a Fifty Shades of Gray flashback moment. But, then as I read the reasons behind Graves acting as he did, I no longer had that flashback moment. The reasoning and actions are different.
There were a couple of spots I felt like the dialog was a bit wonky. But other than that, I really liked the book. I’m excited to read the next one! I think I’m going to like this series!

Graves Buchanan, an orphan from a young age. Moved from foster home to foster home,eventually becoming a runaway. He was from a bad place, barely able to be touched by anyone or show any emotion. He was a man who looked to the future instead of the past. He was smart and hell bent on making something of himself. Barely in his mid-twenties, Graves becomes a billionaire, aided by the help from the Lexington family.
Danny Lexington becomes his best friend, but Chloe Lexington is his main interest. She grew up to be the hottest hottie he had ever laid eyes! Chloe has alwasy been in love with Graves since she was fourteen. But no matter how sexy she dressed for Graves, he just seems to ignore her. That doesnt stop her persuing him, and eventually getting what she wants on her twentyfifith birthday!
This was a steamy hot short Novella. Unfortuantely for me, it just lacked a real story line. There are other characters that have been introduce and just like Chloe and Graves, we never really get an indepth feeling from the characters. A little banter, a bit of humor and a bit more to the story line, would habve made this a great book.
But as I guess, as it is a novella, it was straight to the point and did deliver on that point!

A very well written and made it short story. Its not that elaborated, but that's why I love it. The characters are deep, but very easy to understand and define. Just some perfect pages put it together and making such a good short story!
From what I can see of this series, is that every book spins around different characters. The first book is for Graves Buchanan and Chloe Lexington. Making the short story more short, all the characters are billionaires —that's why the name of the series—, Graves have been almost the best friend for life of Daniel, Chloe's older brother. Chloe was secretly in love with Graves and viceversa. Now, that they are grow up adults, the sexual tension is almost visible. What will they do?
As I said, I love this story and I dare to say that the next ones will be into me too. I really hope so. I laughed so much with this story. Their descriptions were so raw and funny. I think that watching them suffer was funny, ha? I keep thinking that maybe you will compare a little bit this book with Fifty Shades Trilogy, but its not like that. Maybe you will compare Graves with Christian, and I get that, because they can be related. Their backgrounds are not the same, but the effects in the present are similar, very similar. You judge and I will not. I loved both and so will you.

Would have preferred a full novel (personally I'm not a fan of novellas but this story is one in a series). Short story (1,300 kindle pages), one night in the life of the H (billionaire alpha) and h (about to turn 25 year old virgin sister of H's best friend) who finally...you know.
Same ole same ole right. Well, not so much - and enough of a different type of much to be better than the rest of these types of quickies. The H has issues (doesn't like to be touched), the h has been turning up the 'slut factor' to try and get the H to jump her already...and most importantly it's written by Red who does more with a novella than numerous authors can do with full length tales. She can write smex. And once the story is at 50% that is all this tale is. But she can also write a s.t.o.r.y.

Two lovers find their passion together. Loved this story!! Not too mention the other sexy men! Can't wait for their stories.
It was so nice to read a story where the man cared so much for the woman. It was sweet and even funny at times. Also loved all the high tech that was included.
It was so nice to read a story where the man cared so much for the woman. It was sweet and even funny at times. Also loved all the high tech that was included.

I'm torn between giving it 3 or 4 stars, because I love the character Graves, I love that he's a man of few words except when it's in the bedroom with Chloe, I love that he's so grave and I love Luke making fun of his friends all the time and calling Graves "Grave Face."
I love that Grave is inspirational, he's smoldering, sexy, magnificent. Incredibly strong and stubborn.
But I hated how he was so stubborn about 1 thing and it took them a while before he let go (for his own good and for Chloe's.)

Na tuhle sérii jsem se obzvlášť těšila, jeví se čtenáři zajímavě a hlavně trochu neokoukaně. Podle vysokých hodnocení všech dílů a nadšených recenzní jsem opravdu od prvního dílu hodně očekávala, a možná o to více jsem se zklamala. Nerada píšu negativně vyložené recenze. Ale u téhle knížky ať se snažím, seč můžu, dobré stránky se mi hledají jen ztěžka. A to doslova. Tenhle příběh si trochu hraje na tajuplnou romanťárnu se špetkou eroťárny, ale místo toho, aby se mu to dařilo, je spíš k smíchu. Nebo k pláči? Vážně někdy přemýšlím, proč takovéhle knihy vůbec vycházejí... Už jen ta základní zápletka...
Jsem z téhle knihy neuvěřitelně zklamaná. Příběh naprosto vycucaný z prstu a z větší části hlavně otravný. To neustálé plácání jednoho s druhým a pak s třetím, tu a tam se objevily postavy, které v příběhu neměli co dělat. Navíc nebilo to ani čtivé, pro mě jako čtenářku mi kniha nenabízela základní dovednost: čtivost. Něco co mě nutí číst dál a dál…to právě knize scházelo což je škoda protože čtení je to těžké už jen tím, že se jedná o čtení v jiném jazyce…
K hlavním postavám jsem si nevytvořila žádné pouto a většinu času jsem se spíš bála toho, co přijde na další stránce. Což mě dost mrzí, protože kdyby autorka dala do knihy více času a úsilí jistě by byli postavy více propracované. Takhle na mě působili příliš povrchově, bez duše bez života pouze jako nastrčené loutky. Některé dialogy mi přišly prázdné a nicneříkající, jako by zaplňovali prázdné místo což doopravdy dělali. Celý příběh stojí na základě který je okopírovaný a nestojí za povšimnutí, neboť je to klišé. Hlavní myšlenkou příběhu je něco, o čem jsme si mohli kvalitněji přečíst v jiné sérii.
Navíc v knize se vyskytuje hned v úvodní kapitole několik sprostých slov, celá kniha je velice zvláštní, doporučila bych jí tak věkové kategorii 20+ ale ti určitě nebudou číst něco co už tu bylo a bylo to v mnohem lepším a kvalitnějším podáním.
Člověk by řekl, že by mohla napsat normální new adultku, aniž byste si při čtení nepřipadali, jako byste četli knižní porno. I v té erotické lince existuje hranice, co by se překračovat rozhodně neměla. A tady si nejspíš autorka nevidí pod ruce protože tohle už není sexy a žádané jak kniha od sebe slibovala. Což je škoda, protože tahle knižní série má našlápnuto na lepší dráhu a určitě není úplně ztracená, ostatní díly se jeví jako průměrné čtení ale první díl svůj účel jako předehra a navnaditelná kniha nesplnil a spíše pobouřil. Někdy v budoucnu až budu mýt lepší zkušenosti s angličtinou a až budu opravdu jistá že se do něčeho takového pustím, si přečtu čtvrtý díl protože se jeví jako zajímavý a nemám ráda nedokončené série.

Claimed by Him by Red Garnier is first in the Billionaire's club series and is novella sized. It is a fun, fast read.
One page in and I had to tell myself this was more of a fairy tale than fcat based fiction. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around anyone having that much $money$, but once the fairytale part sunk in - I was good to go.
Graves is hot and tall and rich and slightly damaged - perfect for our heroine, Chloe Lexington, to fix just in time for the HEA!
I picked this book up because I have the opportunity to review the second book in the series Taken by Him. I hate reading books out of order, even if it isn't necessary to read them in order. I blame my slight OCD like tendencies. Either way, I will be starting the next book TONIGHT!

For a frozen moment, she raised her gaze to his with a beseeching, almost vulnerable expression on her face. His heart turned over in his chest when he recognized the painful need in those sultry green eyes.
Fuck, that kiss had been as intimate a thing as he'd ever allowed himself in his life, and the worst part was, it was still not enough. Graves had trembled with the need to get closer to her. To bury his tongue as deep as he could fucking go and bury his cock in the opposite direction until he'd impaled her so well and so hard he became one with her.
She overwhelmed him. She enchanted him. Made him want to lose control and not give a fuck about the consequences. He wanted to bury himself in her and never, ever come out.

Well. That was quite... charged.
Thoughts:
-It's very 50 Shades. For all of those who liked those books (and, hey, I'm among your numbers), you're going to like this one. Graves is gripped by that desperate, destructive obsession with Chloe. And when you write that kind of "love/lust," you gotta be careful it doesn't verge into uncomfortable/scary territory. There were points that I was like, "Wow, take a breather, man." But the way he emphasized how much he loved Chloe, and how long he had, verses if he had just been insistent on being incredibly in lust with her, I think, cut down on the scary/creep factor.
-They both seem to be on drugs with the way they're so out of control with love/lust around each other. They had great sexual chemistry together, but I wished there was at least one scene where they were... I dunno, friendly with each other without having sex. I got that they were sexually compatible, but I'm not sure I was fully sold on the "they're gonna get married and live happily ever after together" aspect. They're so different, and I would have liked to see this overwhelming love they had for each other for at least a decade at work, instead of another furious, voracious sex scene.
-Chloe is one of those waifish, virginal, thighs-trembling heroines that I would imagine Hardy would write if he wrote modern romantica.
-The orphanage trip really stood out, and helped create Graves's character. He seemed much more fleshed out than Chloe did, and I think it was due to that scene.
-I liked it. I do wish it was longer, because I felt it was rushed and could have been a lot more nuanced. I am going to read more of Red's work, though. I am not usually a big fan of short reads but sometimes they are just nice because you want something that is good short sweet and hot. This fit all the criteria. I have been reading books that have all been over 200 pages so when I opened up this one and saw it was 111 pages I was kind of excited. It didn't take me long to get into the story. The only thing with shorter stories is we don't get a lot of the back story on the characters and I have to say with this one it didn't bother me too much that I didn't have his whole past story.
Hot okay yes it was pretty hot. If you think this will not be you will be mistaken!! And just a little fair warning with the title I had assumed that it was BDSM based and although there was a little kink it was not BDSM. So if you are expecting to get that you will be disappointed. So I just wanted to get that out there.
He is broken and a billionaire. He has his little group of friends that he hangs out with and they are all very well off. There is a back story there we just don't get it. Chloe and Graves met each other years ago and she has always had feelings for him, but he tries to stay away from his best friends sister. He knows it's wrong he knows in his head he can't be what she deserves or needs.
It did make me laugh when they were arguing over who is going to do or get what and what would or would not happen. I always enjoy a very alpha male dealing with a very stubborn female.
