Quite the good book, but the title says it, it's less about the main character of the first book but about his girlfriend, it's a nice story but I would have wanted a little more of his powers, hopefully we will see more of that in the third book
I wanted to enjoy this but between describing two new and uninteresting characters entirely more often then was necessary.... And absolutely despising the main female character I can't. They pretend that she is a charming girl who just has a strong personality when she is really a selfish, close minded bully as far as I am concerned. She wants everything her way and only being surrounded by overly indulgent people keep her from being an outright villain. It's a shame they didn't instead try to confront her and help her be a better person.
