This collection includes the first 3 issues of the Obituaries. All these stories by @ABHorror @Kristopher Triana @DanielJVolpeHorror are super wild and out there. I loved how they all were so different and fun to read. Let’s not forget how gory and vile they are! My personal fav issues was the Halloween one 🖤
I've had this book on my shelf for about a year and a half and finally picked it up for the Christmas themed stories in it. 🌟❄️🎄Tis the season for bloody gory Christmas!!! 🎄☃️🎅🏼🔪🩸💀🌟
I read all of them (nine short stories total, three by each author) and man!!! I really liked this a lot more than I expected. To the point where I kept thinking "Why do I have to work why can't I keep reading my gross gory book 😭"
Of course, these are extreme horror authors so go into it, or steer clear, based on your level of tolerance.
I'm gonna have to get the next ones cause I'm sad they're over with so soon.
I loved almost all of these short stories, especially the Halloween collection! A very fun, gory, raunchy read and the obits for the authors at the end are very entertaining. I've read some of Aron's novels but this was my first time reading anything by Volpe & Triana. Will definitely be reading some of their novels in the near future.
These guys really push boundaries and clearly have fun letting their imaginations run wild.
This is kind of a hard collection for me to find I'm glad I did if you can do a little bit of work and manage to find this that would be doing yourself a huge favor this is a great collection of short stories
The Obits by far are some of my favorite short stories out there. I love stories that are sick, twisted and depraved, and these do the trick every time. What I love is in each volume, the stories fit the theme so well and you can hear each authors distinct voice in each one. Then you add in the guest author and it melts in perfectly.
