A thorough and exhaustive read/text on the Biblical expectations (and examples) of a leader today. A profound measuring rod packed with Scripture, this really made me see where growth was needed personally.
The Making of a Leader is a thorough and scripturally-based study on Christian leadership. It covers the full range of leadership aspects, including governmental leadership and what leadership means for every Christian.
This is not a one-and-done kind of read, but rather a text that merits repeated study and reflection. It is literally *filled* with scriptural references, forming endless springboards for even further study and research. It has a slight Pentecostal leaning, yet is a suitable guide for Christians of any denomination.

A thorough discussion of leadership from a biblical perspective. The self evaluation character questions are an excellent tool for leadership development.
I absolutely recommend this book to every leader out there. In his usual style, Frank Damazio is comprehensive in his treatment of what it takes to be a godly leader.

This is a great book on leadership. If you are looking to become a Godly-leader you need this book. The author makes you take an introspective look at yourself using the Word of God. When you are done with this book, you will be changed forever.
A great exposition. I would love to take a week or two on each subject and really think about what Frank has said. This is a very detailed description about leadership.
"The" manual on true spiritual leadership. Not another management book but a true Biblical model of leadership. Intense, exhaustive, thorough; not a single read but a reference...
