Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh picked Delete This At Your Peril for Esquire's Funniest Books Ever Written and both the book and the Bob Servant character are being developed for television and radio by the BBC. Sixty-three years old and resolutely single, Servant spends his days with a small number of trusted associates pursuing unlikely business opportunities, giving stern views on current affairs and 'chasing skirt'. Have a little look around my website. I know it's a bit rough and ready but I've been left to do this myself and I don't really know what's going on to be perfectly honest with you. I only got the computer after winning it in the bowling club raffle. At the time everyone kept saying how I was a lucky bugger and so on but, to be honest, I'd had my eye on the pedalo that Archie got for runners-up. Mind you, he took it up Monikie with a carry-out and came back half drowned.

The most enjoyable, hilarious book I have read in such a long time. Bob's style of writing and the regular excepts from the local news make this so much fun. Even if you have not met Bob Servant before you will get a giggle from this... Then follow up with his book of emails, also genius!

To be honest I struggled a bit with this book. It was okay and slightly humorous in parts. I finished it at least.

This is without doubt the funniest book i have ever read.
However its not just me... i have leant it out to several friends and they said the same.
If for some reason you read this book and don't laugh out loud on every page you need an ambulance and fast !
I'm currently re reading it and can't put it down.
What else can I say other than Buy it Now !
