Published by "The Word Among US publications, The Devotional Commentary of the Gospel of Mark is part of the four Gospel and Acts of the Apostles commentaries providing beneficial insight and meditations by Editor, Leo Zanchettin and capable staff. I prayed with this Devotional throughout Lent. A spiritually rewarding addition to my daily prayers and meditations.

This book is more devotional than commentary. As far as devotionals go it is worthwhile, though I did not find anything particularly noteworthy that stands itself out of the pack from so many other devotionals. It should be noted that it is written by a Roman Catholic so there are touches of that perspective, particularly in the mention of sacraments. In my view it is far less successful as a commentary. Take it as a devotional and you won't be disappointed.
