After the events of Six Feet From Hell: Response, Joe and the remainder of his crew must now face a difficult decision. Do they stay and try to fight off the hordes of undead that seem to have no end? Or does he rally the troops and try to live with a bold decision that will impact the lives of all the people that he has tried to save thus far? Just an average Joe with an overactive imagination and a penchant for all things undead. Author of the Six Feet From Hell series as well as future works in progress.

the 2nd book dives right in where the 1st one left off! there is more loss & it's harder now because you come to love the characters & feel as if you were part of the crew! there are the crazy people as well! I am sad to see relationships start to separate but love that others blossum! I love the references to some of my favorite zombie movies! I love that they seem to fight them because of the things they learned from the movies! I would love to see more character developements for some of the characters. This book flowed much better than the 1st one! Joe has taken the leadership role & does the best that he can w/what he has! I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in the next book & see who will make it & who won't! I feel so bad for the poor baby & for Grandma! she not only lost her daughter but now is having to jump back into being a mom again! must pick up this book for sure! !

A quick book to read and the premise was alright, but the story and the characters left something out for me. The action and situations tended to be a little splotchy and the situations, in my opinion, wasn't fully utilized. The characters traits and dependence on each other needs to be further developed instead of just a superficial layer to justify the story's plot line.
