Enjoyed this relatively short (120p) book, which contained minimal "fluff", and focused on the practice of mantra & japa yoga. The author clearly explains (through her tradition and experience) the topic, key practice points, and the ins/outs of mantra work, along with the role of the teacher, student, practitioner etc.
Anyone reading this would be able to walk away with some pointers on the topic from a practitioner who seems to have done the hard yards via mantra work. It's applicable for practitioners of any spiritual tradition that makes use of mantra/sound/phrase yoga and contemplation.
