A lovely little easy to read book for young readers. Plenty of drawings fitted through the book to keep young ones interested.

Peggy the Pug is adorable!

She wants to do an important job just like the animals she met at the farm.

When her family decide to help save the bees, Peggy decides she will be a bee!

A fair bit of educational content including the importance of bees, pollination, pesticides and much more.

As well as Peggy’s story, Chloe, her favourite human, is trying to think of an idea for a school science experiment.

Peggy tries to communicate with her humans, but they just hear barking of course!

Wonderful story.

This is a cute short story just over 100 pages for younger readers. The main character is a loved family pug who believes he communicates with his family through his barking, but you know they can't understand him. He has a brilliant imagination. This story is full of science, friendship, bees, and summer. It was a perfect summer read that was beautifully illustrated throughout. A well-deserved four stars from me.
