Very repetitive

I really liked her story but the book was overly long and I was frustrated by it by the time she finally got to the actual program which I think was about the tenth chapter. She repeats some things over and over again and I found myself flicking pages a lot because I just didn't need to read it a fourth or fifth time. It's a shame because she has a great story but I just wish it had been written in a more concise and logical way. Her message was stretched so thin over so much extra waffle that it just didn't pack a punch. I would love this book so much if it was 8 chapters long.
