This is my new Text book for a class I teach this semester. I felt like I had to read it in advance of my students reading it. If you don't love kitchens, you will find it dry. But I am pretty passionate about kitchens and found this book well written. Some of the topics they put together, I am not sure I would have done quite the same way. But all in all, good content and well thought out book. I am sure my students will like it!
