I enjoyed it! It is super straight forward and an easy read. There were a couple of observations or tools that I thought were useful; in general the philosophy of working with your body and listening to it in order to get the most out of life has shifted the way I think.

Awesome book! I thought it was going to be yet another positive thinking books so was a bit dubious - but I was very pleasantly surprised. His ideas make logical sense, and are based on scientific and psychological research. What is more, these studies are actually referenced throughout, to add credence to his statements.

This is one of those books that you have to high-light parts and go back and reread them over and over.
