The book was more of a 'try to get you excited about getting in shape' book than anything else. Very light on useful information. Pretty much a waste of time.
Read this book in a morning. Motivational, lots of info but simply put for easy understanding. Loved it and would highly recommend anyone looking for a better insight into dieting, training and the do’s and don’ts. Already started the 7 day challenge and looking forward to taking action
Great plan how to lose weight and get fit. I really liked his observations - "If you aren't sweating you aren't exercising." He broke the plan into three parts: physical, food, and mental.
As a personal trainer myself this was a nice read with many reminders into the most crucial aspects of getting the body to peak performance. Good recipes also.
