Principles of Taxation for Business and Investment Planning, 2000 Edition

Rate this book
Principles of Taxation for Business and Investment Planning is a new approach to the study of taxation. This book teaches students to recognize the role taxes play in business and investment decisions. In addition, the book presents the general role of taxation and its implications across all taxpaying entities before discussing the details of specific exceptions. This approach allows students to understand the conceptual underpinnings of specific tax rules. The benefit for the students is that they recognize the framework of the tax system even though specific tax regulations change from year to year.

McGraw-Hill Education traces its history back to 1888 when James H. McGraw, co-founder of the company, purchased the American Journal of Railway Appliances. He continued to add further publications, eventually establishing The McGraw Publishing Company in 1899. His co-founder, John A. Hill, had also produced several technical and trade publications and in 1902 formed his own business, The Hill Publishing Company.

In 1909 both men agreed upon an alliance and combined the book departments of their publishing companies into The McGraw-Hill Book Company. John Hill served as President, with James McGraw as Vice-President. 1917 saw the merger of the remaining parts of each business into The McGraw-Hill Publishing Company, Inc.

kenapa bis nemu buku ini, krn buku ini support bgt skripsi aku yg jg ttg tax plannig, just for additional books aja..tp ternyata sangat membantu..

This is the worst textbook I have ever read. There are sentences in this book that are so confusing that you end up memorizing wrong concepts. I suggest reading Publication 4491 by IRS first, or use it as a supplement, it makes it much easier to decipher what the author of Principles of Taxation actually means.

Best electronic textbook I have ever used

The Amazon kindle e-textbooks are amazing. Making flash cards, highlighting, note taking, etc. I'll never buy a paper textbook again (unless I have to).
