YOWZA!! This book was one smoking HOT read.

“Wow," she said, trying twice before her vocal chords cooperated. "I think my climax had a climax."

Rebecca's life has not been a great one. After her mother's death, her father abandoned her with her two younger twin brothers. Since then, she has been on her own raising them. That's how we first meet her, Rebecca is a teenager caring for her brothers and discovering her love of food. Rebecca meets Trey and Zane when she woked as a waitress in a restaurant when they were in their college years. She left a huge impression on Trey. She later on becomes a chef and aspires to work at the restaurant that is part of The Billionarie Bad Boys Club, which is owned by none other than Trey and Zane. Their attraction is at an all time high and there is nothing they can do to stop it.

I really liked Rebecca. She was independent, strong, and hard working. I loved reading how she took care of her brothers and the lengths she went to make sure no one found out their secret. I was so saddened by her loss. But she has grown up into a great woman. That doesn't mean she wasn't affected by it. She is afraid to give her heart to any man. She doesn't want to hurt again like she did years ago. I liked how she slowly started to let her guard down thanks to both Trey and Zane. They made her feel loved and showed her how it feels to be taken care of. But I did feel like she fell into it a little too fast for someone who guarded herself.

Trey and Zane both had rough upbringings as well, they were both beaten by their fathers. Trey is a bisexual man who isn't ashamed of being what he is. He officially met Zane when they were teens after he saw Zane getting beaten. Trey finds out that Zane is also bisexual and helps him discover that side of himself. Ever since, they have been inseparable as best friends and lovers. They went to college together and later became successful, wealthy, business partners.

Any scene with Trey and Zane was a really hot one. But there was also a sweetness to them. They had a lot in common and offered each other what they never had growing up. He is hasn't forgotten about Rebecca since they met briefly all those years ago. And now that she is back in his life, he is determined to make her his. Trey was really sexy, and so freaking romantic. I loved the meaning behind his tattoo. As the three of them embark on this 'relationship' they start to become insecure about where each stands. No one wants to be left behind. I was so happy that these three didn't stop comunicating. They kept working on their threesome to make sure they all felt comfortable in it.

Zane was the second half of the business partners/lovers. He was also incredibly sexy. He discovered his bisexuality with Trey, but isn't as open about it like he is. He likes to keep their relationship private, so no one knows about the true nature of their relationship. That is soon threatened by an obsessed ex-lover and a jealous employee. The story was really gets you with all the smexy scenes. But I also really enjoyed learning about all of thier pasts. I liked how they met and got together. I loved how supportive they were of one another and how much they loved each other. Zane may have not as been as open as Trey, but it was great to see him open up thanks to Trey and Rebecca.

The storyline was interesting with the drama and all that, but I will admit, there were some parts that just didn't hold my interest. I think it was that it took a while for the story to progress at times. Sex was used as a filler during those times instead of letting their relationship grow. But this is an erotica book, so of course there were a lot of sex scenes, and those did not disappoint. Those scenes were SCORCHING HOT!! They seriously melted my panties. There was even light BDSM added to it to liven things up. I did feel like the relationship needed something in order for me to believe they all truly fell in love with each other and that it would work out for them. The ending was great, but maybe if there had been an epilogue, I would have enjoyed it more. Overall, it was super steamy, sexy read.

Trey-- “How long is a long time?"

Zane-- "Forever"

Trey-- "Forever will do."

Holy Hotness People!

I was admitedly reluctant to read this book... The title evokes the overused Billionaire trope, and the blurb that they decide to seduce the same woman as their final frontier did not encourage any enthusiasm.

Please diregard the title and the blurb - they have very little to do with the actual storyline of the book, which is stellar. Here is my corrected blurb:

Self-made billionaires Zane and Trey have been a club of two since they were eighteen. They’ve done everything together: play football, fall in love, even get smacked around mentally and physically abused by their dads. The only thing they haven’t tried is seducing the same woman.

Just before graduating from college, Zane and Trey meet a girl they have an instant connection with. Zane ignores the feeling and Trey refuses to act on it, afraid it might cost him the man he loves.

Rebecca learned early on not to trust anyone. She raised her brothers by herself—with no adult being the wiser. Her knack for cooking kept a roof over the twins’ heads. Now she’s damned if it won’t pay their way through Harvard as well. Add in running Trey’s latest restaurant, and her plate is way too full for romance.

Rebecca meets Trey again when she applies for the Executive Chef position at his newest restaurant. Sparks fly, but Rebecca decides that getting involved with the boss is a bad idea. She meets Zane again when her brothers get her to come to campus. More sparks fly, but after a couple of dates Rebecca runs scared, convinced that it won't work.

That’s an attitude the bad boys intend to change. Zane and Trey have set their sights on the sexy chef and they intend to do everything they can to keep her. When their hearts enter the equation and they both fall for her, this committed twosome faces their hardest test of all!
***************

I loved this book! Rebecca, Zane and Trey all have some major baggage, with childhoods far from the picket fence ideal. They all work on their angst issues, with real growth and developement happening. The relationship with the men is complex, real, and fully developed before the addition of Rebecca. This creates a much more emotional connection with the pair, since we are with them as their relationship develops, instead of being told about it in passing.

There are none of the miscommunication-followed-by-separation-of-the-main-characters that usually occurs in this genre, and the tension is realistically provided through their own hang-ups, and by some outside players' actions as well.

Oh, and in case I haven't mentioned it? This book is melt-your-kindle, make-you-sweat, burn-the-sheets-up HOT! There are scenes for almost everyone - MF, MM, MMF, MFM, etc. Thrown in some BDSM kink and some voyeurism and you have one very steamy read.

Dear Ms. Holly,

Wow!!!!!! lñakjfdsjknd... where .... how... why....

This was my first M/M/F erotica/romance book, and it's was... explosive.

This is about Trey, who meets Zane during high school, fell in love, and years later, they meet Rebecca, whom they fell in love as well. And tell me about polyamorous couples, threesomes, fourthsomes.... and go on.

Trey is the typical edgy, not popular, kinda geeky/nerdy, hunk, who's neighbor to Zane, typical alpha-male, football jock, extra-hunk. Both live abusive and difficult situations at home, pretty similar. Oh! And they both are bisexuals.

Rebecca takes charge of her 2 twin brothers, after her mother dies and his father abandon them, at the short age of 16. She has to take multiple jobs, one of them as a waitress, where she meets T & Z, without going further.

Years later, they reunite due to a business, and their love story & struggle begins.

I must admit I shocked when I started reading it, but really appreciate their love story. From the very first initial shock, everything went smoothly.

But there were parts of this book I just went "What does she want to say? Did she write this previous? Am I missing something?", because there were no sense in what I was reading, mainly in the hot, steamy scenes.

Would I recommend this book? Hell yes! Was a really nice, charming story, with a loads of steamy sex, and a nice twist of typical romance.

This is a great book! I've actually read it previously but I'm now taking the time to review it. I will note that this is the first book I've read by Emma Holly and I'll definitely be trying more of her work based on this book. This one made it to my all time favorites shelf and after a reread it seems destined to stay there. :D

Rebecca is a chef and a good woman who has had a rough life. Her mother died and her father abandoned her and her younger twin brothers when she was 16 years old. Rather than take their chances with foster care, Rebecca hid the fact that their father abandoned them and raised her brothers herself. Because of having to hide the circumstances of her life she's never had much of a life outside of work and raising her brothers. Now that her brothers are in college she could relax but Rebecca doesn't know how to stop for a minute and focuses on work. When trying out for a new Chef's position, she ends up in a meeting that will change her life...for the better.

Trey and Zane became friends during their senior year in high school. Zane played football and tends to be a bit more dominant and serious. Trey is extremely smart and a little more in touch with his emotions than Zane, he tends to be more laid back but can be serious when needed. Zane and Trey both had abusive fathers and were both bi-sexual and upon discovering this, they became friends and more. By an unspoken agreement, they kept their relationship private. They slept with women (separately) but never other men, staying exclusive to each other. They go to Harvard together and end up in business together afterward, starting up the Bad Boys Club, their business that includes a magazine, hotels, restaurants and such. Their business does awesome and they get very rich. When they decide to open a new restaurant Rebecca comes in to their lives as the new chef.

The present day meeting of these 3 is actually not the first. Years before the 3 met and Trey was very attracted to Rebecca but was worried about messing things up with Zane (because Zane was showing definite signs of jealousy) and so he didn't pursue her. When she comes back in to their lives many years later, Trey remembers her and tries to resist the temptation of her with little luck. Soon after Rebecca meets Trey (again, although she doesn't remember the first time) she ends up meeting Zane too. Zane doesn't recognize her from years before and this time is very attracted to her and asks her out. Rebecca goes out with him but is very confused because she likes both Trey and Zane and isn't sure if she should date either of them and tries not to.

Things end up coming to a head when both Trey and Zane discover the other is interested in Rebecca in a more serious way. They've never shared a woman before but decide Rebecca is the one for them and it's worth the risk to try to build something with her. Rebecca isn't easy to convince and keeps thinking the guys aren't serious in the long term but she does allow herself some fun and decides to take advantage of their attention while she has it. They spend time together and I really enjoyed seeing them work things out. Rebecca has to come to terms with things but also Zane has never been intimate with Trey in front of someone else before so he has issue to work past as well. It's really sweet seeing them tentatively come together and then start becoming more solid in their relationship. As it happens, a jealous ex ends up causing some issues for the trio but it brings them more firmly together in the end so it worked out well. The ending and resulting HEA was sweet and left me with a happy, satisfied feeling.

I loved this book! This is a great menage and I loved the characters. I think what was really great about this book was the relationship building, not only of Trey and Zane with Rebecca but also seeing how they got together before Rebecca and stayed together until Rebecca joined them. I would totally recommend this book 2 thumbs up! :D

6/26/15 - This was a reread and I still love the story and characters. :D

Why did I wait so long to read this story? It's amazing. I loved it. Trey and Zane come from similar backgrounds. They both have fathers who beat them and mothers who left them behind. They are also deliciously bisexual. When the two men get it on, it is super hawt. Becoming friends during their senior year in high school, they stuck together in college and after.

For those who roll their eyes at young billionaires, yes, yes, I know. This will probably not be the book for you. For those of you who love Ms. Holly's brand of supernova hawt graphic menages scenes, read this book. The sex is fantastic and very plausible. Building up the sex to be kinkier and kinkier is fabulous. Yes, the men have a playroom. Seriously, how does a rich guy NOT have a playroom? Go with it.

The characters I really enjoyed. Zane is cute in his shyness when declaring he's bisexual. This can be directly correlated to how he was raised. Trey's exuberance and being happy in his own skin is refreshing. There are no victims in this story. Even Rebecca's painful rejection as a child which makes me wince doesn't make me pity her. Instead, I admire how each of these characters took what they had and made something of themselves. These are the kind of characters I like to read about. It is inspirational.

The plot is not too heavy which is nice. There is a predictable conflict and it's resolved in a manner I support. Yes, I'm a vindictive beyotch and the way bikini hanger bimbo was smacked down is so sublime. By the time this book ended, I'm fully invested in the story and want to read more. This series is a kinky menage delight. Highly recommended to menage lovers who love mmf triads with a kinky twist.

I really enjoyed this one. Trey, Zane, and Rebecca were all great together. (In every combination ).

All three were well fleshed out characters, and I enjoyed them each immensely. I do have to admit that Trey was my favorite. He was such an awesome guy. An old soul, and such a romantic. He was the glue. Rebecca was fun, and feisty and quirky. And Zane. Poor Zane. Never quite comfortable with who he was.

I loved watching them come together. I loved how Rebecca helped bridge a gap between Trey and Zane that was still there after almost 15 years together. I never felt like she was an interloper.

There were a few parts where I thought "no way would he/she react that way". And there were a few times I though "not more sex " (blasphemer that I am). I did wish that there had been some additional relationship building outside of the bedroom in the second half of the book.

Overall a fun, sexy, read that left me with a warm and fuzzy feeling.

3.5 'is there such a thing as too much sex?' stars!

I put off reading this story for a long time because Billionaires in erotica don't normally float my boat. Then after seeing numerous great reviews and repeatedly being told not to let the billionaire angle deter me, I picked it up.

True to their word the billionaire slant is background noise. Forefront is hot sex, hot sex, and more hot sex. Yeah there was some plot, besides the sex, I think. Oh yeah how they all met, the restaurant chain, and a little bit of scandal towards the end.

This is the first book I've read by this author and it won't be the last, her writing is superb.

description

I liked it, with caveats. It's a relationship that starts between Zane and Trey and grows to include Rebecca, and I thought the way it happened was organic and believable (as much as a menage with two billionaires can be). It's more erotica (YESSSS), which I am down with, but . In my romances, even the non-traditional ones, I prefer that there is none of that. It's just the way I roll. So, while I thought the writing was actually good, the sex scenes were on fire, that little bit annoyed me enough to bring down my rating. If that doesn't bother you, you may love this more than I did.

Summary
“The Billionaire Bad Boys” Club by Emma Holly is the delightfully trashy story of two bi-sexual men who find first each other, and then the woman of their dreams. Zane is the jock and Trey the geek when they first meet in high school and explore their attraction. They go on to form a successful partnership in both the boardroom and the bedroom, however, they still long for a woman who can meet their other needs. Rebecca is a successful chef who secretly raised her younger brothers when her mother died and her father left. Her brothers are now in college and she is trying to move on to living her own adult life. The moment these three meet sparks fly. There's nothing new or earth shattering in the plot, but the characters are well crafted and entertaining. This is a fun read which is well worth the $6 ebook price.

Fantasy World
Welcome to the world of the rich and famous! Everything is the very best including food, wine, and fabulous estates. It's not realistic at all, but that's the fun of it.

Tingle Factor
“The Billionaire Bad Boys Club” has lots of hot sex both in pairs, and in threesomes. It's explicit and almost as delicious sounding as Rebecca's apple tart with cinnamon ice cream recipe.

Romance
There is plenty of love to accompany the lust. Each relationship is fully fleshed out, and none of the main characters seem extraneous. They all work on their individual relationships with each other, and none of those storylines gets shortchanged.

Drama
There is plenty of relationship drama as well as ex-lover interference. The best drama though is in the kitchen. Emma Holly does a great job of describing what happens behind the scenes at a gourmet restaurant during the rush to make haute cuisine for discerning palates.

Heroine
Rebecca is a great heroine. Not only is she believably tough enough to raise two boys on her own, but she also doesn't disappear under the weight of Zane and Trey's larger than life personas. Rebecca is mature, and thankfully never wonders if she's a slut even though she gets busy with both men. WAHOO!! Hand wringing and moralizing are tiresome and overdone.

Heroes
Zane and Trey are somewhat caricatures of typical romantic heroes, but are given enough substance to be distinguishable individuals. Being stereotypical characters doesn't make them any less fun to read especially when they are interacting together. Their shared history of parental abuse gives them depth and makes their emotional issues seem realistic.

I hate the billionaire trope and yet I bought this book. I blame the sale price and that Emma Holly writes smex like nobody's business. And this really did end up being very much of the billionaire trope. Super hot guys managing to become billionaires because they're so them and they love luxury and everything about them is so hot and amazing. I did not feel their connection with each other at all. Nope did not buy it. I also didn't buy the connection between the woman and Trey. She was all Zane Zane Zane. The connection between her and Zane. That one I bought. I was expecting the smex would make up for other story deficits but not so much. Oh well, this will definitely appeal to people other than me.

I really enjoyed this book I am so glad that it was recommended to me. Zane and Trey found each other at the age of 18 due to the common bond of being abused kids Rebecca did what she had to do by raising her brothers on her own they found each other all of them found their other half in each other. Zane was worried about what people thought of him each of them in need of love Rebecca didn't what to love them but she did. I really liked this book.

How I got this book: From the author

Successful businessmen Zane and Trey have been a club of two since they were eighteen. They’ve done everything together: play football, fall in love, even get smacked around by their dads. The only thing they haven’t tried is seducing the same woman.

Executive chef Rebecca learned early not to count on anyone. She raised her younger brothers by herself—with no adult being the wiser. Her knack for professional cooking kept the boys housed and fed. Now she’s damned if it won’t pay their way through Harvard as well. Add in running Trey’s new restaurant, and her plate is too full for romance.

That’s an attitude the bad boys intend to change. Zane and Trey have set their sights on the sexy chef, a female too tantalizing to be all work and no play. When their hearts enter the equation, and when they realize they’re both pursuing her, the committed twosome faces their hardest test of all . . .
This blurb came from the author’s website here.

I have been a fan of Holly’s for several years. She was my introduction to contemporary erotica and erotic romance and I have enjoyed reading her ever since. As a result, I eagerly accepted the review request and I am glad that I did. Holly provided a very intense m/m/f that actually dealt with some of the emotional issues I could imagine popping up that include jealousy, uncertainty about being loved, and the importance of privacy. Holly handled all of those with her usual deft ability drawing me into her characters and their struggles and providing a satisfying ending without cheapening what the characters have gone through.

Zane and Trey, next-door neighbors, don’t have the happiest of lives when the book opens. They both grew up with only their abusive fathers providing the initial thread that tied them together. The second thread was their individual bisexuality and the third thread was their mutual attraction and compatibility. From there they developed a strong friendship that included attending the same prestigious university and continuing their relationship. Both Zane and Trey enjoyed sexual encounters with women but they never developed a relationship with them and they never involved another man. As Zane and Trey approached college graduation over lunch one day they decided to go into business together as full partners in a venture called the Bad Boys Club that was going to start with a magazine and expand from there. Ten years later the Bad Boys Club had grown into a billion dollar enterprise.

Rebecca also grew up with a troubled home life. After her mother died when she was a teenager, her father walked out and told Rebecca to call the state so they could take her two younger brothers. Instead of doing that, she worked to keep her brothers so they could be a family without outside interference. One of the skills she learned she had one morning was the ability to create really good food, so she became a chef. She was working as a lunchtime waitress when she encountered Zane and Trey as they decided to start the Bad Boys Club. Both men were attracted to her but nothing went further than a very nice tip at the end of the meal. Ten years later Rebecca has quit her job and decided to apply as the head chef for Trey’s new restaurant.

I really enjoyed that Zane and Trey had a complete relationship together without Rebecca. Unlike other ménages that can give the impression that the couple isn’t complete without a third person they just haven’t met yet, Holly did not fall into that trap. Rebecca happened to be the perfect woman for both men but they did not need her to be complete. They had to decide to open their relationship, which meant they had to deal with being human. Zane and Trey had to learn how to be comfortable sexually with each other in Rebecca’s presence. Rebecca also had to learn that she wasn’t displacing or coming in between what the two men already had. They were not able to solve their issues overnight but had to actually work on it over time. To me, the gradual build-up of the emotional side of their relationship added credibility to their ménage.

Rebecca, Zane and Trey also had to deal with having their painful pasts brought up into the very public eye along with their current relationship. While I felt for the three of them and how their privacy was both invaded and violated, I absolutely loved how they got theirs back. It took a concerted effort from all three, plus Rebecca’s brothers and their friends. Those events also had the effect of solidifying their relationship and commitment to each other, which really made my heart melt.

I would be doing a disservice to this review if I did not mention the sexual side of the relationship. While I was not exactly happy with the timing and location of Rebecca’s first sexual encounter with Trey I do like how it was handled afterward. I also agreed with Rebecca’s logic about continuing anything with Trey. I was glad to see that Zane also had his chance with Rebecca so when they initiated their first threesome everyone was on the same level. Holly always does a good job with her descriptions not just of the actions but the emotions involved and conveyed. Even in their sexual encounters Holly ensured that the level of comfort and trust in their emotional relationship was also depicted before, during and after the physical actions. I think the best part of the sexual side is that Holly did not leave out m/m loving because Trey and Zane had a committed relationship before Rebecca. To have ended those encounters would have completely lost my buy-in for their relationship and the chance for a HEA.

As I said in my status update when I finished reading The Billionaire Bad Boys Club, Holly has done it again. She provided me with a very satisfying complete story that had damaged protagonists healing themselves over time. They dealt with their past and looked forward to their future. They also exhibited very human emotional concerns throughout their relationship that provided a solid ground to keep me invested. Holly continues to be one of my auto-buy authors.

I give The Billionaire Bad Boys Club an A

Primary Characters:

Zane - male protagonist
Secondary Characters:
Charlie - Rebecca's twin brother
Pete - Rebecca's twin brother
Caroline - Charlie's love interest
Mystique/Missy - model scorned by Zane
My Thoughts:
Surprisingly, this was a rather sweet tale. Yes, it did have m/m/f elements and that is why I am so surprised that I enjoyed it; however, the author did an excellent job telling a compelling story of three entwined hearts.

Best friends and lovers Trey and Zane were there for each other through thick and thin -- suicides, abuse, high school, college, failure and success -- and became very rich because of their successes.

While attending Harvard University, the duo have dinner at a high-class restaurant where they first encountered Rebecca who was their waitress. Rebecca was sweet and reserved but something about her settled deep within Trey. He couldn't take his eyes off of her and wanted her instantly. Although he and Zane were bisexual and dated many women between them, they were committed to each. But Rebecca spoke to Trey on such an elemental level that he knew he had to stay away from her for fear of losing his heart...which already belonged to Zane.

Resigned to leave her alone, Trey left the restaurant with Zane and out of Rebecca's life (which he thought forever). But, life and fate brought Trey and Rebecca together again when she applied for a job as the head chef of Trey and Zane's new lounge/restaurant.

And now...Rebecca. Rebecca had her own share of early life challenges. Her mother died of cancer and her father walked out on her and her twin younger brothers because he just couldn't take, what he called, Rebecca's clinginess. For the sake of her brothers, sixteen year old Rebecca pulled their lives together and kept her brothers out of foster care by becoming the guardian that their father should have been. As a result of taking care of them she learned how to cook...and do it well. Her aptitude for cooking turned into a passion that made her highly successful in the culinary world. However, she was forced out of a job that she loved when the owner of the restaurant where she was employed made a very bad hire in the head chef who was mean, ill-talented, and just plain evil. Feeling as if she had no other choice regarding her employment, Rebecca left...and ended up meeting Trey again.

Unfortunately for him, Trey was not as memorable to her and she was to him. He recognized who she was as soon as her resume came across his desk and his desire for her re-emerged and roared to life. Rebecca's second meeting with Trey ended with her being pressed up against a wall and the two of them getting down and dirty in the sparkling new lounge kitchen. What's a girl to do?!?! Trey is her new boss at this point in the story. Rebecca puts a halt to any future "relations" between them and adopts the role of a dutiful employee which frankly irritates Trey. He fiercely wants Rebecca but tampts down his feelings and respects her wishes.

Meanwhile...back at the ranch (always wanted to say that ). Rebecca's brothers and Harvard students were slated to appear in a photo spread in Zane's magazine. Thinking that she needed to get a life (beyond them), the twins conspired to get Rebecca to come to the campus so that she could meet Zane. The boys good intentions pan out when Rebecca and Zane meet and are attracted to each another. Zane pursues Rebecca, a soft pursuit because she has no problem getting caught, and the two have a brief tryst.

A tryst between two evolves into a relationship between three. The remainder of the story ensues with the evolution of the triad relationship, the emergence of petty jealousy, revenge revealed, and finally love.

I appreciate the many layers that Ms. Holly wrote into this story. It definitely was erotic but it wasn't all sex...sex...sex. The story was well written that slowly revealed the evolution of a strong relationship between three. The one complaint that I have with the story is how Rebecca went from prude (almost) to vixen just like that . Honestly, it was a bit shocking that she went from dating no one to having smexy sex with two men with only a short window of time between both interactions. That particular behavior didn't seem true to her character but one could also argue that she was repressed and both moments gave her an opportunity to cut loose of her self-imposed bonds.

The story was sweet, steamy, and compelling. A very enjoyable read.

Wow Emma Holly what an onion of a story. You had all the elements and just mixed with smoking hot steam and it becomes one of my favorite books! Great Job

Description:

Self-made billionaires Zane and Trey have been a club of two since they were eighteen. They’ve done everything together: play football, fall in love, even get smacked around by their dads. The only thing they haven’t tried is seducing the same woman.

That’s an attitude the bad boys intend to change. Zane and Trey have set their sights on the sexy chef. When their hearts enter the equation and they both fall for her, this committed twosome faces their hardest test of all!

My Thoughts:

The layers of this story are freaking amazing. We start with 2 young men exploring their sexuality when they find they have common ground, not just both coming from abusive homes but both finding they like both guys and girls. The relationship grows into a beautiful joining of hearts. When Rebecca is first introduced we find out Trey is not getting all he needs emotionally from Zane..and that Zane isn't as secure as he thought in their relationship. Rebecca brings her own layers into the story with her raising her twin brothers from the age of 16..this made her mature differently as her priorities were a bit different than most young girl's. The beauty of Rebecca's coming of age and discovering a life for herself is that her sexual experimentation was with the two guys she would end up loving and sharing life. The story is a weave of feelings, self discovery and good hot sex. Though the book is erotica it overs the sex as part of the story and not the story as part of the sex scenes. It helped up learn more about our main characters and you could tell Emma Holly was careful where she placed the scenes and allowed the reader to really connect with each characters feelings. The final layer is the love and romance that comes from a m/m loving couple and allowing a f to share in the love and have special relationships with both her lovers, all together or separate.

This is my first Emma Holly book but certainly not the last one. I am a fan of erotica and do enjoy m/m and m/m/f books and this novel is in my top 5 favorite Menage books. I give it a shiney 4.5 star rating and I know I will reread it again. I give it a high recommendation to not only m/m/f lovers but lovers of m/f erotica as well. The story makes it all worthwhile.

Closer to 3-1/2 but not enough to push it to a 4. I did enjoy this book, I just didn't love it like so many others have, and I can't even put my finger on why. It was a sweet story of a strong-willed girl who was forced to make some tough choices when she was young and coming through with flying colors and two men with damaged childhoods who were brought together by their shared background as well as their bisexuality. The boys had been an item (under wraps) for many years. They were male monogamous -- they screwed women, but never other men. Trey and Zane had met Rebecca ten years earlier and Trey had never forgotten her. Now he has the chance to really have her in his life -- their lives, if Zane is on board -- by hiring her. In the meantime, Rebecca meets Zane separately, and they hit it off as well, which makes it easier to initiate the sharing idea when Trey catches Rebecca and Zane in a somewhat compromising position, considering Zane and Trey were a couple as well as Trey and Rebecca had already done their thing, too.

So it was sweet to see them bring her into their inner circle. And the sex was hot, though some of the clinical descriptions of body parts were off-putting. There's a discussion in one of my groups about what to call genitalia, and I have to wonder if this book, while none have been specifically mentioned, was the inspiration for at least one of the comments.

Anyway, I really did enjoy it -- I do love an HEA -- it just wasn't as fabulous for me as many others have indicted it was for them. It's always a risk to read a really hyped book because stories hit everyone differently.

I'm getting tired of arrogant 'million/billion/zillionaires' stories and Zane and Trey are definitely not arrogant. Zane and Trey grew up next to each other with a similar background of their fathers beating the crap out of them on a regular basis. They realized they were both bi in high-school after Zane had run out on his dad after a beating. They were inseparable through Harvard and as they were graduating they went out to eat and celebrate and Rebecca, their waitress was something special. Although Zane and Trey committed themselves to each other, both thought off and on about Rebecca.

Ten years later, Zane and Trey are successful businessmen and are opening a new lounge and lo and behold, Rebecca has become a world-class chef.

Emma writes excellent books and I especially like her mmf romances - everyone is able to build/keep their own relationship with each other, it's not liking you're just dumping a woman into the pot. Yummy!

Best Emma Holly book so far! And she only use the gate description twice!

Trey and Zane are self-made billionaires who have been with each other since high school. They like women too, but not together.

Rebecca raised her twin brothers by herself after their mom died and their dad abandoned them when she was sixteen. She became a chef to support her family and to keep the world from knowing their dad had left them by themselves.

Trey has been daydreaming about Rebecca since she waited on him and Zane when they had their last dinner as college students. Now she's working for him and he wants her in his life permanently. Zane has just met her, but he feels the connection as well. Now the threesome just has to overcome their hang-ups and let themselves love each other.

This is a super hot read. I definitely recommend it.

Smoking hot read! Phew, I was fanning myself. And at the same time really sweet. I love Emma Holly and have been reading her for years. She is similar in style to Roni Loren, so if you are a fan of Roni, you'll enjoy this book. Pure guilty pleasure, except I am not feeling guilty at all. It's about two bisexual guys who have been lovers for years, falling for the same woman and not knowing it. *grinning*

Oh. My. God. This book is a MUST-READ for all menage fans. My, my, my. For two guys that have never shared a woman before, they learned very fast, and very well. I REALLY liked this one a lot. It is so different from the typical menage...you know, two guys, they always share, they find their third, they all live happily ever after. This is not your typical menage...it is BETTER!!! I will caution you that this is pretty heavy on the m/m (a lot more than the description indicates) so if that is not your thing, just be cautious...but it is done really well and it is SO hot. :) Trey and Zane have such a great committed relationship...I would be intimidated too if I were Rebecca about messing that up. Really a great story...I will be reading it again.

It was sad when a potentially good story would become a disappointment in the end. I should say that if I only considered sex scenes in this book, I would give it four stars. Unfortunately, despite the fascinating first chapter, the plot started to become shallower and shallower in the following chapters. It's a pity that the chance to know Trey and Zane hadn't given to us in a proper way.

As so many people, including some of my friends, love this book, I won't say much about it. I can only say that it wasn't my cup of tea.

WOW this book had everything abuse, neglect, romance, suspence as well as sizzling hot sex!!

I loved Zane and Trey from the start but I didn't start to like Rebecca until 75% of the way through the story.

I loved the gentle romance of the story rather than the usual, how quick and often can two men get the same woman into their beds.

What am I wanting next??? Charlie and Pete's story...

I found this book from stalking Therese's Favorites shelf and am so glad I did.

I have never had a good experience with menage M/F/M despite looking for a good one. I loved this one, sure the plot wasn't the best but seriously as far as erotica goes this book is top notch! wooosh what a sweet read!

Warning - this review contains some spoilers.
There are a lot a great aspects to this book. The best being the relationship between Trey and Zane. I loved the amount of time Emma Holly spent on their "early years" when they were first discovering their bi-sexuality. I fell for them both hook, line and sinker!

I was a little put off when they had graduated and were on the brink of separating yet hadn't even discussed it. Because we were shown Zane's vulnerability at the situation and it was indicated that Trey was somewhat aloof, Zane became my "hero" and my sympathies and affections always seemed to follow him moving forward. This made things confusing for me later when Trey was the one described as being so unconditionally loving and the one who wore his heart on a sleeve. I felt like I had missed something somewhere because it had seemed that he was ready to say goodbye without even going to lunch at a pivotal part of the story. I suppose I developed a resentment, especially when his attentions were then distracted during, what should have been, a very difficult time for them both.

I also loved the way Emma Holly developed Rebecca's relationship individually with Trey and Zane before the three of them came together although when that finally happened, I was super uncomfortable and fearful about the damage it might cause the boys. Unfortunately, in the initial stages of Rebecca's involvement with them, Trey seemed a little bit like a plotting cheater while Zane came off as a delicious and wonderful suitor. We learn later that Trey is nothing like that whatsoever which confused me and made me feel a little guilty too. I thought the way the boys discussed/determined to pursue a menage with Rebecca was just plain stupid and riddled with uncharacteristic and impulsive behavior. Being that the boys had a long term, very close relationship, they should have shared the details of their independent feelings for her and then determined their hopes for the future as a couple, in private, without the being in the throws of passion.

Once the three began their adventure together as a menage, I felt like the story became choppy. The introduction of BDSM was totally random and their lifestyle should have been foreshadowed at least a little bit, earlier in the story. One doesn't have that kind of equipment if they just dabble. This element was suddenly thrust into the plot as if that method of sexual expression had been around from the beginning. Hello! One or two references of pleasure appropriately derived from pain does not a masochist make. So, in turn, the "surprise" for Trey later on in the story did not ignite the fire I suspect it was supposed to (at least for me). I was too busy wondering what was in the other alcoves? Who were these people they had brought to the playroom previously? Were there groups that attended and watched while 2 or 3 played? Were there multiple acts going on at the same time? In other words, I was distracted with a potentially yummy spin off book.

I really liked the twins and especially enjoyed how they were woven into the plot towards the end of the story. I only wish that the "issue" they were involved in wasn't so over-the-top graphic. Let's face it, that compromising scene was probably the hottest in the book. I think the same tragic catalyst could have been achieved with much more moderate exposure and less detrimental destruction to their lives and an important social issue.

The very end of the book was somewhat anticlimactic considering the beautiful construction around Rebecca's significant memory and her explanation. It was a wasted opportunity and deserved more real estate in the story. It would have given her character a more pronounced reconciliation with her past just like the boys had experienced with their own issues.

Although I have nitpicked quite a few elements of the book, it was still a really good read and I highly recommend it. I guess I mention my issues with these areas because I enjoyed all the other parts so much that those aspects were dramatic interruptions in my true delight with the story.

This book was so good. Completely riveting, incredibly sexy, wonderful emotion...I loved everything about it.

At the foremost, this book is about Zane and Trey. They became friends and more their senior year in high school when they bonded over fathers who beat them and bisexual curiosity. They've been together as friends and lovers ever since. And when they graduated from college, they became business partners too. They've always been monogamous with each other when it comes to their male partners, but they both play with females too. It's an odd relationship, but it works for them. No one has ever questioned their arrangement. Being billionaires, they are in the spotlight quite a bit, but it's never come out about their personal relationship.

Rebecca has had her own hardships. When she was 16, her mother died and her father couldn't deal with it and left Rebecca and her young twin brothers. She refused to have them split up so they all three hid their circumstance and Rebecca raised the two boys even though she was hardly more than a child herself. Now both the twins are going to Harvard and Rebecca is a successful chef looking for a job as the head chef in the Bad Boys newest restaurant. She met Trey and Zane many years before when she was waiting tables, but the only one of the three who remembers was Trey because she struck such a cord with him. He felt a really strong connection to her even then. Now Rebecca feels that connection to both of these guys.

This is such an amazing book simply because the characters are so good and complex. All three of them had less than ideal circumstances growing up, so that makes them appreciate what they feel for each other even more. Zane and Trey have been together a long time, but Rebecca has never had this kind of relationship with anyone before and she doesn't know how to trust it. But the guys do have their own issues. Trey is the emo one...when he's in, he's all in. Zane worries about that with him and that he's just setting himself to get heartbroken with Rebecca. Zane holds more back. He has mental issues with the whole "gay" thing so he's always been very careful to not show his emotions for Trey in public. But the one thing both guys agree on is that they want Rebecca as a permanent fixture in their lives. That joint goal between them...to convince her to stay...frees them to be more demonstrative than they've ever been before.

Everything about this book was just written perfectly. The book starts with the guys in high school and moves quickly, but you still get to see them progress through the stages of their lives. The same with Rebecca and the twins. You even get to see the night the three met before the true story of the book really starts. I liked that slow build-up to the story. Then there is the erotic portion of this book (don't worry...that doesn't have a slow build-up at all....it's extremely HOT from the very first). Wow! This book is INCREDIBLY hot. Warning: have your loved one close by...you're going to want him/her there. And there is every type of set-up possible...there's m/m, m/m/f, m/f, m/f/m, anal, bdsm...everything is here and it's all done really, really well.

This was the first full Emma Holly book I've ever read (I've read a novella before), but I promise that it won't be my last. Her writing was incredible and I loved every moment of reading this book.

Review originally posted at Ramblings From This Chick

When I say this book is steamy, I definitely am not mincing words. I forgot just how sexy Emma Holly's books are. Oh my goodness this book is not safe for public reading. Beyond the sexiness of the book I really enjoyed the relationship between Zane, Trey and Rebecca. A lot of times books with a menage theme always seem to come off feeling a bit phony or not realistic, that definitely was not the case with The Billionaire Bad Boys Club. I found that I could not stop reading and it was so hard to put down. I fell in love with Zane and Trey and I just wanted them to somehow someway get their HEA.

To the world Zane and Trey are self made billionaire playboys that do everything together. No one knows the real truth, that they are bisexual men who are in a relationship with each other. Even though they are together they still have outside relationships with women. The one thing these two have never done is invite a woman into their relationship.

Sexy head chef Rebecca has not had an easy life. When she was just sixteen her mother died and soon after her father split leaving her to deal with her seven year old twin brothers. Rebecca quickly learned to never trust or have faith in men. Working to support her brothers through college she doesn't have the time or even any interest in a relationship. That all changes when she meets Trey and Zane.

When Rebecca meets Trey there is an instant connection between the two. Things heat up pretty quickly between the two. But not wanting to put her job in jeopardy, Rebecca backs off. A few days later while meeting up with her brothers Rebecca meets Zane and finds herself instantly attracted but after a few dates realizes that she could never trust him and decides to break things off.

When both Trey and Zane realize that they are both attracted to Rebecca and neither want to let her or one another go, they decide that maybe they should try a triad relationship. They have one week to convince Rebecca that a relationship between the three of them is really worth the risk.

Oh my goodness this book is so freakin' hot! Don't get me wrong, there is more going on here than smoking hot sex scenes. I really loved the relationship between everyone. Everyone has had a very rough past and needed to heal in their own ways. I loved that they were able to help heal one another and work through the pain of their pasts.

This was a great steamy read and I can't wait to get my hands on more from Emma Holly.
