THE DANGEROUS BOOK FOR DEMON SLAYERS - book #2 Accidental demon slayer Lizzie Brown and her grandma's coven of biker witches have rolled into Sin City to take out a super-sexy succubus who has her eye on world domination - and worse, Lizzie's man.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Angie Fox writes sweet, fun, action-packed mysteries. Her characters are clever and fearless, but in real life, Angie is afraid of basements, bees, and going up stairs when it is dark behind her. Let’s face it. Angie wouldn’t last five minutes in one of her books.
Angie is best known for her SOUTHERN SPIRITS™ mysteries, and for her ACCIDENTAL DEMON SLAYER books.
Like I said on some of her other books, Witches, Bikers, Demons, Griffins and Dragons, what is not to love. I am not into romance books, this one has a little romantic action - but not too bad and those parts are easily skipped.
Angie does it again in this series of books. She kept up the action adventure and humor. She didn't cut any corners.
This is a very enjoyable series and I am looking forward to more of them.
This is the first three books from the series, Accidental Demon Slayer. While home from work one day, Lizzie, a preschool teacher is attacked by a goblin. She is rescued by her bike-riding grandma, who she meets for the first time.
Grandma tells her the secret of her heritage, that she’s a demon slayer. Of course Lizzie doesn’t believe in magic, until her dog begins to talk.
She finds out her job is to save the world, but a gorgeous Griffin, tells her to go back home, he intends to handle the job.
Despite their disagreements, they find a way to work together, and with the help of a coven, they begin to make a difference.
But the fighting is not over, there are a lot more monsters out there and the demon slayer still needs training to handle some of the more violent demons.
So if you like supernatural heroes, and lots of suspense and thrills, you’ll love this book. So give it a try and you’ll be happy you did.
Building The Legend Of The Accidental Demon Slayer Biker
This volume contains the first three books in this series. The Accidental Demon Slayer, The Dangerous Book For Demon Slayers & A Tale Of Two Demon Slayers. I can't wait to read The Last Of The Demon Slayers!
I love this & I can't wait for more. I will be also leaving a review on Goodreads @ Amazon. And letting everyone know about it. So i gave it a 5 Stars.
Lizzy is a demon slayer - but she doesn't find out til the stroke of her 30th birthday- and then all heck breaks loose - she meets her harley riding, coven lovin' grandma, a sexy Griffin, a load of throw back witches and she can hear her dog, Pirate, talk - so is it just crazy pills or is this her life?
have to say this one kept me laughing and was so happy with the ending - even though it's a bit of cliff - mostly just set up the next episode.
Book 2: the dangerous book for demon slayers
While this episode was a bit of a rocky ride - and Lizzie was NOT my favorite person though most of the adventure. She completely frustrated me with her “do it myself” attitude.
Yes, by the end she seemed to learn her lesson but the biggest question is whether the lessons she learned will stick with her.
Here’s hoping we don’t travel this road again. For me the fun & success is only possible with the whole gang!
Book 3: A tale of two demon slayers
So I'm thinking that Lizzy redeemed herself in this episode. At least that's my opinion.
Loved seeing her find her strength and believe in herself - yes, it was sort of getting old, but I get the doubting yourself when all you've ever felt is not good enough.
Although I enjoyed this story - I really, hated the whole angsty bit in regards to her relationship with Dimitri - usually I love angst - but this really began to irritate me in this story.
Overall, enjoyed this story and will add the next one to my TBR list.
From my personal notes: Oh, my. So I'd just read Southern Spirits by the same author and as I was scrolling looking for another book to read, I found this one by the author I'd just enjoyed. Yay, I thought. When you consider how hard it is for me to actually find things by the same author on my phone with the way it organizes things, unless I'm specifically looking for that author, well, it seemed like it was serendipity. And maybe in some ways, it was. If I hadn't read Southern Spirits first but come across this one first, I might not have wanted to read Southern Spirits or given it a fair reading. Because this had one of the most chaotic and difficult to follow openings I've ever come across, with characters I immediately disliked. Deleted as a DNF. I was maybe 6 pages in? Yeah.
This was a riot of a reading bundle. Between learning she has a grandma who is a witch that is part of a motorcycle riding coven, has a destiny as a slayer of demons and can now tap into her manifesting powers Lizzie Brown thought things could not get any stranger.
That is until she also found out that her pet Jack Russell terrier Pirate could out talk an auctioneer.
The box set details the beginning of Lizzie's first set of adventures in her new world of supernatural creatures and takes the reader along with her as life stops being organized and dull to the point of boredom.
Chaos reigns but oh what a refreshing breath of air this particular set of urban fantasy tales is and why it has been on my list of to-be-read books for so long have no idea.
Took a break and will pick up with Lizzie and company later as a bit overloaded reading about her in back to back books.
Lizzie Brown's exploits, as written by Angie Fox, are pretty much non-stop action! Throw in the Red Skulls - her Grandma's Harley riding witch biker gang , her Griffin shifter boyfriend, her dog - who now speaks in complete words and sentences, and so many more odd-ball paranormals, and the big bad demons Lizzie must face, and Lizzie has her hands quite full! The only thing I don't care for are the nasty ingredients the biker witches use in their spells and sometimes their bbqs...
I couldn't believe I got this Boxed Set as a free download, and since I was a huge fan of Angie Fox from her other series I got started on it immediately. I love the paranormal genre and the storyline was different and fun, the characters, especially the Biker Witches, were a hoot and I need to get my hands on some of those spell jars. There was lots of action and some steamy romance, however I did find especially in the third book the pacing a bit slow at times, but overall I really enjoyed all three books and I can't wait to see what will happen next.
This box set is unbelievable. The characters are so diverse, it makes the supernatural feel real. Lizzie, the most organized and structured person, gets bombarded at the exact time of her thirtieth birthday with the shocks of her life. She finds out she is not really an orphan, she has a biker witch grandmother. She is a witch also and is the slayer who is going to save the world, starting with the imp that is attacking her from her toilet. She has had no training, and has to fly by the seat of her pants, which is so the opposite of her life that she must leave behind.
Fun series with interesting characters, but beware!
You will find yourself caring about Lizzie and her dog and her Griffin boyfriend. You will smile at Granny's antics with the crazy biker witches. But if you want to continue to enjoy the characters, be ready to ante up - the remainder of the series is NOT available through Kindle Unlimited and is priced high enough that many avid fans will be unable to continue the series. Bait and switch! Boo hiss! Retirees, do not get sucked in!
At the age of 30, Lizzie Brown comes into her slayer powers. She leaves behind all she knows to save the world with her talking dog, Harley driving grandma, the Red Skull Coven, and one handsome griffin. As she learns her powers, she goes from one adventure to the next in these humorous, well-written stories full of awesome characters. A great paranormal read!
I honestly fell in love with these characters! I laughed myself silly and am pretty sure my dog and Pirate are family. The books moved so quickly and seamlessly I found myself reading the whole set in a few days. Enjoyable, exciting and unpredictable and I love it!
I had such a great time being involved with the crazy cast of characters. I must admit that I was a bit doubtful the series would be any good but am incredibly pleased with how good it is. The racy romance, the true love, action, adventure and wit were a delightful combination that kept me reading until the very, very late hours!! Such a great page turner!
This was an awesome book. I couldn't put it down. From the biker witches to the sexy griffen this was a non stop world of action. I absolutely loved it I can't wait to read the rest of the series. I would recommend this series to everyone! ,
Great lead character, with a talking dog who sounds exactly how I imagine s Jack Russell terrier would sound. These books have biker witches, imps, pixies, and other fabulous creatures. Most definitely a boxed set worth reading.
This series is so amazing! All the details of all the characters was so inspiring. Who new granny bikers could be so much fun. Add a control freak demon Slayer and a hunky shifter boyfriend and you have an excellent story. Thank you Angie Fox.
An exceptional writing where the characters came to life. As I read from one book to the next the author was able to seamlessly move each part storyline to perfection. I highly recommend this book.
I loved all 3 books! Want to read more! Sense of humor, action, adventure, love and even some learning about life and yourself moments that I can use towards my own life.
I highly recommend this series! I was laughing out loud in parts. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books to find out what trouble Lizzie falls into next!
I feel like this book was a train wreck. Jumping straight in with not a lot of background... that being said I purchased the rest of the books and am currently reading them.. I guess I like train wrecks!
This was my first book on my ipad and it was totally worth reading. Lovely atypical characters. The pets made me laugh. Look forward to the next book in the series.
This story is thrilling. When I started to read it I had problems putting it down. I definitely want to read the rest of this series and whatever book she has written.
I was bored by page 10 but tried to give it a go. The main character bothered me so much! She is flighty and doesn’t listen to anyone. Could not deal with the stupidity.
